Ideal for couples or solo travellers, the space features a bright open-plan living area with the kitchen. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a round glass dining table, television and air conditioning, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and plan your outings.

The kitchen, which stands out with its modern blue-toned cabinets, is fully equipped and ideal for preparing your meals. In addition to crockery and essential utensils, it features a microwave, coffee machine, hob, dishwasher and other practical appliances for your everyday needs.

The bedroom, located at the end of the corridor, is harmoniously decorated with wooden details and fitted with a double bed. The corridor features a built-in wardrobe, complete with iron and ironing board, offering the ideal space to store your belongings in an organised way.

Access to the lovely interior terrace is directly through the bedroom. This pleasant private outdoor area, decorated with greenery and outdoor furniture, is the perfect little oasis to enjoy your morning coffee or read a book in peace.

The bathroom is fully equipped with all amenities, including towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is on the ground floor and access does not involve any stairs.

The space is always professionally cleaned.

Located in the charming and iconic Bica neighbourhood, this accommodation places you in the beating heart of Lisbon's historic centre. The energy of this neighbourhood is a fascinating blend of authentic Lisbon soul and a bohemian, vibrant atmosphere. Stepping outside, you'll find yourself surrounded by picturesque cobblestone alleyways, typical tascas, welcoming cafés and fado houses. Just a few steps away, you'll find the famous Elevador da Bica, one of the city's most photographed postcards, and the charismatic Miradouro de Santa Catarina (known as Adamastor), the perfect spot to enjoy an unforgettable sunset over the Tagus river to the sound of street musicians.

Staying at this address means the capital's greatest wonders are literally within a short and pleasant walk. Heading uphill, you'll quickly reach the elegant Chiado, full of traditional shops, theatres and centuries-old bookshops, or the lively Bairro Alto, famous for its unparalleled nightlife. Heading down towards the river, you'll find the renovated and cosmopolitan Cais do Sodré (with the vibrant Mercado da Ribeira/Time Out Market) and the imposing Praça do Comércio. Here, you can live the true essence of Lisbon without needing a car!

Beyond being an excellent base for exploring the city on foot, this location is an exceptional logistical hub for discovering the region's main tourist attractions. Being so close to Cais do Sodré railway station, planning day trips is incredibly easy. A short and scenic train ride along the estuary and coast will bring you to the sunny and glamorous coastal town of Cascais. Alternatively, from the nearby Rossio station, you can take the direct train to the mythical and romantic town of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site), where you can get lost in its magical woodlands and marvel at the stunning Pena Palace!

The property is located in a central area well served by public transport, with everything just a few minutes' walk away.

By metro, Rossio station (Green Line) and Restauradores station are within a short walking distance, with direct connections to the entire Lisbon metro network, including Marquês de Pombal, Baixa-Chiado and Humberto Delgado Airport.

By bus, Carris operates several lines in the area with wide coverage across all parts of the city.

By tram, the iconic lines 28 and 12 pass nearby, connecting Chiado, Alfama and Belém in a picturesque way.

Humberto Delgado International Airport is approximately 15 to 20 minutes by car or metro. Taxis, Uber and Bolt are easily available in the area.

This is a self check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to fill in a registration form that will be sent after booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80 included.

For the first few days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service).
Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
