This duplex apartment, decorated to provide maximum comfort and make you feel at home, is the perfect starting point to explore the city of Lisbon and its attractions.

Ideal for families, this apartment is spread across two floors. On the first floor, you will find the spacious open-plan living room and kitchen. The living room, bathed in natural light and featuring neutral tones, is equipped with a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing, socialising and watching TV.

The adjoining kitchen, with its light-toned furniture, is ideal for preparing all your daily meals. In addition to a round dining table, the kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine, kettle, coffee machine, toaster and other essential utensils. On this lower floor, you will also find a convenient guest bathroom.

Heading upstairs, you will discover two harmonious double bedrooms under sloped ceilings. One bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom features two single beds placed together. Please note that the skylight windows allow a lot of natural light in, and the available curtains do not block it out completely; for this reason, the accommodation may not be ideal for people sensitive to light while sleeping. All rooms — both the living room and the bedrooms — are equipped with adjustable air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable temperature throughout your stay.

The main bathroom, located on this floor, is decorated with elegant beige tiles and has all the amenities (including a shower, towels and toiletries) for your convenience.

Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor of a historic building with access exclusively by stairs, making it unsuitable for people with reduced mobility.

Here, the charm of the past — visible in the narrow cobblestone streets, the azulejo-tiled buildings and the melancholy of Fado — blends in perfect harmony with a bohemian, young and cosmopolitan atmosphere. It is a safe, dynamic and lively neighbourhood where tradition and modernity go hand in hand.

Its proximity to Lisbon's centre is simply unbeatable, allowing you to explore almost everything on foot! Just steps from your door, you will find the iconic Elevador da Bica and the lively Miradouro de Santa Catarina (Adamastor), the perfect spot to enjoy an unforgettable sunset over the Tagus river. Within a short walk, you will be strolling through the elegant streets of Chiado (the city's cultural and commercial centre), heading down to Baixa Pombalina or exploring the famous nightlife and gastronomy of Bairro Alto. Heading towards the river, you will quickly reach Cais do Sodré, where the famous Mercado da Ribeira (Time Out Market) and the iconic Pink Street await you. You will also have a vast array of excellent restaurants, supermarkets, cafés and all kinds of services nearby.

Beyond living in the heart of the capital, this location is a fantastic strategic base for those wishing to discover other tourist gems in the region. Just a short walk from Cais do Sodré train station, you can easily embark on a scenic journey along the coast to the beautiful beaches of Cascais and Estoril. From the nearby Rossio station, you have direct train access to the magical village of Sintra (UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for its enchanting palaces). With trams and buses so close by, you can also quickly reach the historic neighbourhood of Belém (birthplace of the Discoveries and the famous Pastéis de Belém) or cross the river to explore Cristo Rei and the vast beaches of Costa da Caparica. The ideal setting combining culture, fun, gastronomy and convenience in a single trip!

The property is located in the Santos/Estrela neighbourhood in Lisbon — a quiet, residential area, very well situated between Chiado and Cais do Sodré.

The area is well served by public transport. There are several bus lines nearby with connections to the city centre. Cais do Sodré train/metro station is just a few minutes away.

By car, we recommend using Uber or Bolt for getting around the city. Humberto Delgado International Airport (LIS) is approximately 15 to 20 minutes away by car.

Before your check-in, we will send you all the necessary information about the check-in process.

Once the booking is confirmed, guests are required to fill in a registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts), we reserve the right to charge a minimum fee of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy for utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

For the first days, we provide basic amenities: shower gel samples, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up products and a bin bag.

Extra keys: €20 (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or door-opening service during the stay).
Extra cleaning with bed linen: the price of one cleaning fee.
Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
