The compact kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher and coffee machine, making it easy to prepare meals or enjoy your morning coffee before heading out.

The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, thoughtfully separated from the living space by an elegant wooden shelving unit that adds both privacy and character to the apartment. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the modern bathroom features a refreshing shower, a washing machine for added convenience, and fresh towels provided for your stay.

Free street parking is available in the surrounding streets.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have full access to the apartment located on the 10th floor, offering expansive city views. An elevator ensures easy accessibility.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Ideally located, the apartment offers excellent public transport connections, making it easy to explore the very best of Lisbon. Just a 5-minute walk away, Bela Vista Metro Station (Red Line) provides quick access to the city's most iconic destinations, including Baixa, Chiado, Alfama, Parque das Nações (Expo), Belém Tower, and Jerónimos Monastery.

For your everyday convenience, everything you need is within easy walking distance. A large supermarket, shopping mall, pharmacy, and City Hall are all just a 3-minute walk away, while the surrounding area offers a great selection of cafés, restaurants, and local shops. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, you'll enjoy the perfect balance of peaceful surroundings, excellent connectivity, and easy access to Lisbon's culture, history, gastronomy, and vibrant atmosphere.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Alto dos Moinhos (Lisbon Metro – Blue Line), is approximately a 5–7 minute walk from the property, providing direct access to Lisbon city centre and the wider metro network.

The nearest train station, Sete Rios (CP – Sintra Line and regional services), is about a 15–20 minute walk or 5 minutes by car from the property.

Humberto Delgado Airport (LIS) is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
