More than expected

We stayed for 5 nights this past week, two couples, and were amazed by the cleanliness, thoughtfulness, and quality excellence of this property. Tito has mastered hospitality down to the most meticulous details. Better than 5-star hotel

Beautiful home away from home! Super clean and fully supplied and equipped. Everything was perfect from the views to the comfort. The hosts were generous with sharing recommendations, history and culture of what Lisbon has to offer. A few minutes walk to the newest train station where you can hop on a train to visit Sintra. We came for the Web Summit and it was a quick walk to MEO. Super convenient with all the amenities. This would be my top choice when I come back to Lisbon with my family.

High quality and comfort, great location

My wife and I shared the Haven in Lisbon with another couple October 13-18 2024. We all agreed that the location, quality of accommodations, and cleanliness was equal to that of high end vacation club homes in which we’ve stayed in Maui, Sonoma, Cape Cod, and Tuscany. The 15th floor unit affords a beautiful view of the Tagus river, and while passing trains can be heard from the rear bedrooms, the master bedroom is very quiet. Central air conditioning keeps the kitchen, living area, and master bedroom very comfortable, and although the rear bedrooms have no air conditioning vents, the rooms were kept cool by opening the doors separating the living area from the bedrooms and using two fans that are provided to circulate the central air from the other rooms. The fans also provided enough white noise to mask the sound of the occasional passing train from the nearby Oriente station. There are many good restaurants nearby, and a mall with a supermarket is a block away. The unit is also well stocked with toilet paper and paper towels, and five (!) umbrellas were provided. Tito is a superlative and considerate host (four pastel de natas and bottles of water were provided on arrival), and the quality and comfort of The Haven can’t be overstated. We’ll definitely be repeat customers for any future trips to Lisbon.

The pictures do not do it justice

Like I said the pictures definitely do not do this apartment any justice. Let's start with the orientation you get from Tito. So very helpful. The packets of information he has gotten together to help you with your holiday is beyond anything I have ever expected or experience. This was so appreciated and will give us lots of things to do in up coming trips. The apartment was very spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I have to say I was floored by the extra supplies that were available for us if they were to be needed. The convenience of location was just perfect. You have wonderful restaurants in walking distance. A huge shopping area close by. And if you opt to take public transportation the Oriente is only like 3-5 minutes away. I just have to say I highly recommend this place. This will be our go to place whenever we come to Lisbon; either alone or with others. I will actually try to plan my holiday to ensure we can stay here. Again thank you so much Tito for a wonder stay and a remarkable apartment.

Strove for Excellence and Achieved It

A wonderful respite away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The condo is gleaming clean. Everything you need is taken care. Even when we left our phone adaptor at home, Tito came back and left some adaptors for us. Tito, the property manager has a folder filled with things to do and ways to get there. We followed all of the suggestions listed in the packets as there was so much to do and little time to do everything. The one thing to note, you are about 15 minute metro ride away from the heart of downtown Lisbon. This location is more of a business center. But steps away to the metro and the mall. Good location but if you are looking for the touristy destination this is not it. Area is very safe and the condo doors are locked.

Amazing stay!

Fantastic location, great fresh fish, sushi, vegan fare and baked goods! Ubered to beaches ( Caiscais) ferried to beautiful islands (off Peniche) Very friendly people! Tito was the best and the accommodations were as good as or better than advertised! Will definitely return !

Pristine apartment, fabulous stay!

If you can stay at Haven in Lisbon, then you should do so – and consider yourself lucky. It is a spectacular apartment with a charming and thoughtful host. Every amenity is provided, and the apartment is exquisitely furnished and meticulously cared for. It is more like a high-end hotel than a rental apartment. The bright and airy penthouse has a stunning view of the Tejo River. It is in a wonderful location, just a couple blocks to the riverfront walk full of good restaurants and a few minutes to the mall, grocery store, and Oriente station. It’s about 25 minutes by taxi to downtown Lisbon but was just as quick by subway, which was clean, safe, and easy to use. We enjoyed spending our days exploring Lisbon and then zipping back to our quiet neighborhood and beautiful apartment each night. Our host, Tito, was considerate and helpful. He should absolutely get an award as an ambassador for Portugal, welcoming foreigners and wanting them to enjoy and appreciate his lovely country. If you are fortunate enough to stay at the Haven, DO take advantage of the file of information Tito has personally written with sightseeing, dining, and shopping advice. This was better than the three guidebooks I took! (One tip to non-residents: do learn ahead of time about tax-free shopping in Portugal, so that you can get back the 23% sales tax on items when you depart.) Thank you, Tito, for making our first trip to Portugal so wonderful and memorable. We very much want to return!

A little piece of Heaven!!

Wow - this is a fabulous place in the perfect location. Tito is an excellent host and very helpful with recommendations. The checkin // checkout process is smooth, the apartment is very well appointed, secure, quiet, and just a perfect place to relax - and be happy while on holidays. Tito does everything you can think of to making sure your stay is seemless and easy. We had all the necessary items plus flowers and books to read. He even went to the bus station for me and researched a day trip. VERY LOVELY PEOPLE.

Perfection!

From the perfect view, perfect location, and perfect host! The accommodations were 5 stars and more. Having stayed in several other locations the first thing we always have to do is go to the grocery store for paper products.. BUT, not here. The apartment is perfectly appointed with absolutely everything that you would have in your own home. Thanks to the perfect hosts our stay was wonderful!

Surpassed every expectation

In the heart of the Parque das Nações neighborhood of Lisbon, our recent stay at this VRBO was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we stepped inside we were greeted with impeccable cleanliness and tasteful decor. The host, Tito, was incredibly welcoming, ensuring that EVERY detail of our stay was perfect. As a host, Tito thought of every detail about what guests may need. Tito provides a tremendous amount of information about what to do and see in Lisbon, complete with the best way to get to the attractions. The apartment boasted a stunning view of Lisbon's Sea of Straw, providing a picturesque backdrop t our vacation. Location wise, this VRBO couldn't have been better situated. It is less than a five minute walk to the Oriente metro station and within walking distance of an abundance of good restaurants. After a day of sight seeing, the apartment provides a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Overall, our experience at this VRBO was nothing short of exceptional. From the fabulous accommodations to the warm hospitality of our host, it exceeded all of our expectations. We hope to return to Lisbon and would definitely stay at The Haven again. This place is highly recommended!!!

Park of Nations Haven

The owner, Tito, and his lovely wife met us at the property 6 hours before check-in. We had asked for an early arrival because of our flight. Both were very informative and took us through every room and showed us everything we needed to know. The description and pictures DO NOT do this property justice. It's even better. The location couldn't be better. The metro is nearby and you can get all over Lisbon very easily from there. There is a supermarket right across from the metro that is HUGE and will have everything you want ( except pretzels!) I would highly encourage anyone wanting to stay in Lisbon to try this place, it was GREAT. THANKS Tito.

Fantastic 3 BR in Expo area

Tito, who owns and manages the property could not have been more helpful and responsive. Despite a late arriving flight he was at the property to greet us and let us into the property. All communications with him before and during the trip were promptly addressed. The apartment itself was spacious and beautiful. Great light and views of the river and Vasco da Gama bridge. Apartment was wonderfully appointed, with all we needed including a washer and dryer, dishwasher, in building parking, elevator, air conditioning and comfortable beds and bedding. The location is right next to the main train station, and has all mass transit right there. We chose to takes cabs and Ubers to and from our sightseeing and dining destinations (Baixa, Barrio Alto). Rides were 10-15 minutes and 10-15€ +/- each way with tip. Belém a bit more. Airport is two miles away so very convenient arriving and departing. The neighborhood itself is clean, safe and modern. Beautiful mall across the street with an excellent grocery store. Many restaurants nearby. Overall, fantastic host and a beautiful property. Highly recommend.

Great flat and good location in the new town

Could not of asked for a nicer flat. 3 nice bedrooms. Lovely kitchen extremely well equipped although we eat out most times . The. living room was fantastic with lovely view over the river Very close to the railway station and mall As 4 older adults we took a taxi to the old town for about 8 or 9 euros

Perfect place to be in Lisbon

We really enjoyed our stay at the Haven. The owners (Tito and Isabel) are very nice and accommodating. The place is very well equipped so we had everything we needed and wow, the view from the Haven is just spectacular! This is the perfect place to stay in Lisbon as the place is wonderful and the location is great! It is very close to a few tourist attractions and has a mall right nearby where you can shop and also buy groceries! Everything was very smooth and we will definitely be staying there if we decide to visit Lisbon again! Rehana and Bernadette

Haven is the perfect name for this place

My college-aged nieces and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Haven. The owners, Tito and Isabel, could not have been more charming, accommodating, and delightful. The location is excellent and the amenities are lovely. It's a beautiful space with an amazing view, wonderful blackout shades, comfortable beds, and a calm, quiet atmosphere -- which is just perfect when you've been wandering through the chaos of the city all day. Highly recommend!!!

The perfect stay

This was simply a home from home. Beautifully designed and decorated with the utmost taste and precision. Everything that you could possibly need in the perfect location in Lisbon with access to every type of transport. Tito was an attentive and helpful host who is obviously proud of his apartment. 5th Stay!!

This was our 5th stay at this property!! It looks just as immaculate as the first time we stayed there 5 years ago. The owner, Tito, continues to maintain and update the apartment, making it look like it’s brand new! This spacious apartment offers you everything you need for a wonderful vacation. It’s location is perfect for just taking the day to walk around and explore. Shopping, restaurants, museums, casino, is literally a few walking minutes away. This is truly our home away from home. We love Haven in Lisbon.

Great apartment with perfect location

Our family highly recommends the apartment of Tito. It is very nice, looks like completely new, the furniture in the apartment is also new and looks very expensive (like in the palace). You have a great view from the windows on river Tejo and the bridge of Vasco da Gama, one of the longest bridges in Europe of 17.2 km. It is especially nice to see a sunrise and sunset. The apartment contains all necessary kitchens and other equipment. Furthermore, it is perfectly located, especially if you make a visit with children (there are aquarium, exhibition of Harry Potter and the Museum of Science just within a few minutes’ walk from the apartment). There is a supermarket and a number of places where it is possible to have a nice dinner nearby. There is also a convenient parking in the building, if you go by car. Finally, Tito was a great, very kind and attentive host that is also very important! When I asked my family, which rating we shall choose for this apartment they answered 6 stars, 5 stars is not enough. Dear Tito, many thanks for the opportunity to stay in your apartment, we had a great vacation during this January!

Luxurious Apartment in Convenient Location!

Our trip to Lisbon began with our friendly host, Tito, meeting us at Oriente train station. The apartment was an easy, short walk through a clean, safe and upscale neighborhood. When we arrived at the building, Tito lead us through a beautiful lobby to the elevators. As Tito opened the door to the apartment and led us inside, we were overwhelmed with the luxury and beauty of the space! The furnishings, the view, and the amenities went well beyond our expectations. The apartment is immaculate and the view from the 15th floor is stunning. The beds are so comfortable, that we slept in every morning! The black-out shades helped too. The apartment is stocked with all amenities that one would need and then some; Tito really thought of everything! Grocery stores, bakery, and an upscale mall are within an easy walk. We highly recommend this amazing apartment. It added the our enjoyment of our trip, and we will always remember our stay in Tito's Haven in Lisbon!
