La terraza es privada y perfecta para relajarse o tomar el sol. Cocina equipada con zona de desayuno. Aire acondicionado y calefacción central. Tiene vistas frontales del río y la zona alrededor del Mercado TimeOut Ribeira. Ubicado en el centro del barrio de Bica, con fácil acceso a Chiado y Cais do Sodré. Limpio y desinfectado para su seguridad. El LV Premier Bica es un apartamento lleno de luz con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, una amplia terraza, instalaciones de barbacoa y balcón. La propiedad tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción central. Tiene vistas frontales del río Tejo y la zona alrededor del Mercado TimeOut Ribeira. El apartamento está completamente equipado, con todos los electrodomésticos grandes y pequeños, y tiene una ubicación privilegiada cerca del ascensor de Bica, el tranvía que conecta con Bairro Alto. Hay una estación de metro a 10 minutos de distancia (Cais do Sodré, o si subes la colina de Chiado - la estación Baixa Chiado). Great Time in Lisbon!

We enjoyed our time in the city. The property was plenty big enough for my family of five for a few days. Walking distance to many sights and an easy, inexpensive Uber ride to further parts of the city. Quiet street and beautiful views!

Great little place in a cute part of town

Loved the spot. Difficult to get to with lots of bags so use an Uber or tuk tuk. Right next to the funicular and tons of great restaurants. Host was great and gave us a wonderful welcome gift.

Stunning view, really central location, less than 5 minutes walk from Time Out and Cais do Sodre station, and uphill only a few minutes walk to Chiado. Tiago was really helpful on arrival, and gift of wine was lovely as was the terrace of the apartment.

Great View and Experience

We loved the location as it we felt it was a great base for exploring Lisbon. The stairs are no joke, but we appreciated having a little workout added to our Portugal vacation. Check-in was easy, and Tiago was waiting for us upon arrival - even with us being a little early. We took advantage of its proximity to the Time Out Market for several meals as it allowed the family to have a lot of choices, all of which were really high quality.

Cute apartment in great area of Lisbon

This apartment has everything you could need and the added bonus of an outside terrace which is hard to come by in the city centre. It is also in a great area with nearby grocery stores and restaurants. The only downside was getting to the apartment with our large bags, as cars have no access to that road, but it was worth it for the view!

The view is amazing, and the beds are comfortable. The living room and dining area are a bit sparse. The dining table chairs could benefit from some cushions, as they are bare wood and hard. The toilet in the shower room has detached from the wall.

Perfect

The location was perfect, close to everything in the old town but not loud at night. Check-in was easy. The apartment has plenty of space, indoor and outdoor (terrace). The washer and dryer make for a very easy stay. Air conditioning in the bedrooms and main area keep the apartment very cool. The breeze from the double doors cool the apartment down as well.

Adorable Apt

This apt is in a great location... a few minutes from the train station and you can walk to Alfama, Baixa, Mouraria etc. Rogerio was so kind and waited patiently for us as the passport control at the airport took well over 2 hours- ugh! The apartment is so cute with a great view, a sweet patio and spacious rooms. We enjoyed our stay!!! Thank you!!!!

Do not stay here

Property was dated and dingy. And as stated in other reviews there was an awful lingering smell of raw sewage for our entire stay. This property is way overpriced.

The apartment is well situated but it is located on the 3rd floor which requires climbing up four flights of a narrow staircase. Not easy with luggage. No elevator. Views from apartment are great.

Wonderful spot in Lisbon with an amazing view!

This was a beautiful apartment with a fantastic view in a great neighborhood. The apartment was exactly as advertised and served as a great home base for our excursions throughout Lisbon. As noted, there are three steep flights of stairs to get up to the apartment so not for someone with limited mobility. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything that you could possibly need and our host (who met us at the apartment) was incredibly warm and friendly.

Awesome location, great apartment

This apartment is worth the price -- the view, the location, the private terrace, with 2BR and 2B (and kitchen). The only suggestion I have is a more comfortable sofa and/or sitting chair. The apartment is in a great neighborhood, in close proximity to many restaurants and sightseeing. Just be prepared for stairs -- everywhere in Lisbon. Staff were great responding to my questions from overseas, and were waiting for us at the apartment to check-in. The apartment was very clean. We didn't cook but it was nice to have the opportunity to make coffee and have a fridge. If I return to Lisbon, I'd definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous views & perfect location!

Really enjoyed our stay at this property in Lisbon. Location was great, with lots of restaurant and bar choices around us, and a short walk to the waterfront. Views from the living room are as good, if not better than in the pictures, and the private rooftop patio can't be beat. Got some good workouts, with lot of hills and stairs wherever you go in this neighbourhood, but that is the nature and part of the charm of the Barrio Alto! Would definitely stay here again.
