MAGNIFICENT APT CITY CENTER BLUES BROTHERS TERRACE

Fully renovated, with very large areas, this beautiful 110m2 apartment, 1st floor, combines a cozy atmosphere and rustic decor with modern facilities. It is suitable for all ages, families, groups of friends and couples! It can comfortably accommodate 6 people - 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with a large bed of 160m x 200, the other with single bed that can be transformed into a large bed of 160x200, and a sofa bed in the living room for 2 people. We also have a crib, baby tub and baby chair. In addition, you will find a dining room, living room, a charming bathroom with bathtub and a fully equipped kitchen with all facilities for washing your clothes and dishwasher.

It also has a beautiful terrace (11m2) in the back, connected to the kitchen, where you can have your breakfast, relax and have some fresh air or play darts, and two balconies and windows facing the street!

Guests have full access to the entire apartment!

We provide free coffee (expresso and grinded coffee for the Italian press), tea, bed linen, towels, shampoo, shower gel, fast Fiber Wi-Fi with unlimited access, TV with 130 channels (most of them in English, Cinema Channels and Channels for Kids like Panda, Cartoon, etc).

Upon your arrival, we will provide a bottle of Portuguese wine!

There are many supermarkets near the apartment, some of them open until 9pm.

For safety reasons, a fire extinguisher is installed in the kitchen as well as fire blanket and also a first aid kit.

The neighborhood

The apartment is fully renovated, located in the historic center of the city, literally 1 minute from the metro, in Mouraria / Martim Moniz Square, right next to the first stop of the 28A Tram, one of the biggest attractions of the city! Mouraria is one of the most historical and multicultural places in Lisbon, where "FADO" was born around 1820 - the most famous and internationally recognized current fado singer ("fado singer"), Mariza, was born here!

Mouraria is a very safe area, known for its history and ancient traditions, where a fusion of different cultures takes place, with many excellent restaurants with typical Portuguese cuisine, African and Asian food, as well as activities such as live music in Praça Martim Moniz. You are within walking distance (15 minutes) of the Castle, (5-10 minutes) Baixa-Chiado (city center), (15 minutes) Bairro Alto and Bica (where nightlife happens), Rio Tejo, ) Alfama (5 min), etc.
At the end of your day, you will surely be just minutes away from the comfort of your home!

At check-in we will give you all the information you need, such as typical restaurants, nice terraces, belvederes, bars, etc. We love doing it!

How to get to the apartment:
- By Metro - Martim Moniz Station (25 min): at the airport, take the red line towards "São Sebastião", and change in "Alameda" to the green line towards "Cais Sodré". Finally, exit at "Martim Moniz" station and follow the direction "Rua do Benformoso / Rua dos Cavaleiros". Price> € 1,50 + € 0,50 for the Lisboa Viva card (Zapping mode-rechargeable)
