Things to note

Property equipped with smart-locks. If guest does not complete online check-in prior to arrival, and arrives between 22h-08h, there is a supplement of 60 euro.

Street has car restrictions (open to Trams/ Bikes and emergency vehicles). Nearest drop off point is 1 block away.

Long Stays: For stays exceeding 9 nights, a complimentary weekly cleaning service is included.

Quiet Hours- Do not disturb neighbors especially with noise after 22:30H.

Parking- Several parking garages nearby (Praça da Figueira).

Extra Guests: When the number of booked guests exceeds the standard capacity of 4, we will set up a foldout couch.

Connectivity: High-speed WiFi (1GB) is available for your use.

Pet fee -35 euro per stay for up to 2 well behaved mid size pets.
