Good option to visit Lisboa with a group

The apartment is as you can see in the pictures. Only to notice there is a room without windows, it is enough to sleep. It was right for my family (9 people). We could breakfast and dinner there confortable. The only negative thing was some part of the kitchen needed a more thorough and detailed cleaning.

Everything You Need

This was a lovely stay! It was clean, had everything you could need, and was a nice walk to many things - also an easy walk to the metro, if needed. Marco and Sonia were very responsive and helpful. It was a bit smaller than expected from the photos, but I should have realized this because photos always tend to make spaces look bigger. No fault to the listing! We would stay again. Thank you, Sonia and Marco!

Place you cannot miss

The flat was wonderful, very comfortable very clean and very well equipped. It make us feel like at home. Marc and team were marvellous helping us all throughout the booking till we got to the flat. Sonia is lovely very enthusiastic and kind making sure we had all the information we needed to enjoy the flat anthe beautiful Lisbon. We give 5 stars to our stay and cannot wait to go back. Good location. Nice Property

It was about a 10 minute walk to the metro station, so good location for use of public transportation. It met the needs of our group. We were there for over a week, but did end up having to buy more supplies, like garbage bags and toilet paper (which did put a little bit of a sour taste in our mouth as we were charged extra per person).

Conditions

Flat was nice,but not very clean. 1. All white fans were caked with dust. 2. Pillow covers were stained, bleach stains, but not a good image for renting a flat. 3. only 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel per person for 10 days?? 4. It would be nice if there were written instructions on the use of the stove and overn, the dishwasher, the clothes washer. 5. Space heaters worked sufficientlly. I don't know the requirements in portugal but because the heaters operated with propane tanks indoors, carbon monixide alarms should be placed in the flat for saftey. 6. A self of some sort in the shower would be nice to hold shampoo,etc. intead of placing them on the floor of the shower.

Lisbon visit

This turned out to be a great place to stay to explore Lisbon. We walked to everything we wanted to see and tried to do some things off the usual tourist beaten path. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well suited for our party of seven.

Great Lisbon Apartment

My family and I had a great time in this apartment. We were welcomed by Lurdes who walked us through the space. It had adequate space for our family of 8 which made it very comfortable & the 2 full bathrooms were perfect! 30 minutes walk from most of the areas we went to and easy to access public transport.

Awesome Lisbon

Excellent communication with staff. Place was exactly as advertised, no surprises. Very clean and nice. We had a wonderful time in Lisbon. Location of property was good. Would stay again. Great family place.

Quiet spot near amenities

This is a very clean, comfortable apartment. The walk to the metro is short (but coming home is uphill - it gets easier each day!) Lots of shopping and restaurants 15 minute walk and metro to anywhere in the city. There is also a bus that comes up the hill. We had everything we needed for our stay. :)

Gute Lage, Bushaltestelle um die Ecke, wir waren zu 9-t, zwei Familien. Due Raumaufteilung mit 3 Zimmern à3 Betten erwas schwierig, aber im Wohnzimmer ist ausreichend Platz. Ein Bett hat leider keine Belüftung, der Müll muss ein paar Straßen weiter entsorgt werden, aber ansonsten alles toll. Der Vermieter hat sich hervorragend gekümmert.

Nice location but little amenities

This was an okay place to stay. It was big and bright. The property manager was responsive and helped when we needed new propane etc. Here is the not-so-great part of the stay... Unfortunately, the beds are hard as a rock and my back hurt sleeping there. One bedroom smelled like smoke so badly that it was difficult to sleep in as well. The place was fairly clean but it had zero amenities. We only got 4 little bath towels and 4 hand towels. There is no dryer so they were always wet for showers. And the propane tanks only worked for part of the stay for heat. In the kitchen, there was only salt and sugar with no other amenities, and the property came with no hand soap in the bathrooms which was quite odd. So we had to use kitchen soap to wash our hands. I would say if you want an inexpensive place in a decent location and can buy all your amenities, then this place would work for a larger family.

Loved the stay!

We had a great time! The communication was super easy and quick and the place looks exactly like it does in the pictures, clean and well furnished! The neighborhood is very conveniently located and accessible with transport. Would absolutely recommend to stay there!

Great for families

We’re a big family with kids and grandparents so we picked this apartment based on its location and the plethora of activities available around for all age groups. A plus was the underground, located very close to the building. Needless to say, the wine tasting options are impressive and the local food is delicious, on top of a city so photogenic. The staff who manages is friendly, responsive and helpful. The apartment has free wifi and the amenities were new. This place is highly recommended for groups or big families, like ours.
