The Space:
This beautifully decorated apartment combines contemporary design with a warm, inviting atmosphere, offering generous space for relaxing, cooking, sharing meals, or simply unwinding after a day in Cascais. Set in a quiet residential pocket yet only a short walk from beaches, cafés, restaurants, the old town, and the train station, it offers the best of both convenience and comfort.
The open-plan living and dining area is bright and stylish, with plenty of room for everyone to gather. The fully equipped kitchen includes a cosy breakfast nook—perfect for easy mornings before heading out to explore. The private terraces are a favourite among our guests, ideal for family meals, evening drinks, or a quiet moment with a book.
Located in a calm residential condominium with both an indoor and outdoor shared pool, the apartment offers a peaceful setting within easy reach of the town. The entrance to the building is covered and surrounded by well-kept green areas, giving a pleasant welcome home after a day out. Guests also have access to a private underground parking space in the garage, a rare convenience in the centre of Cascais.
The master en-suite bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and its own balcony with comfortable modular seating. The two additional bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or twins and open directly onto a long shared balcony with a sofa set for lounging or dining outdoors. Throughout the apartment, you’ll find excellent mattresses, blackout shutters, and air conditioning for restful nights in every season.
Guests frequently comment on how spacious, spotless, and well equipped the apartment feels, as well as how easy it is to walk everywhere—from beaches to parks to the vibrant town centre. Once inside, the home remains peaceful, even though Cascais is growing and the surrounding neighbourhood can occasionally be lively.
Guest Access:
Access to the property is managed by Portugal Portfolio’s welcoming team members, who will personally meet and greet you during our standard check-in window (16:00–20:00). They will also provide ongoing guest support throughout your stay and are easily reachable via WhatsApp message whenever you need assistance.
If you plan to arrive after 20:00, please let us know as early as possible so we can arrange our external check-in service. This is a paid, outsourced option, and advance notice ensures we can organise it smoothly for you.
The Neighborhood:
What guests love most about this location is how effortlessly everything is within reach. You're in the heart of Cascais, just moments from the oceanfront, cafés, beaches, the picturesque town square and the vibrant bay. A ten-minute stroll brings you to the marina, where fresh seafood restaurants overlook the boats and evening light on the water. Walking the other way, the coastal promenade leads you past local restaurants serving the catch of the day, with endless sea views and plenty of places to pause for a coffee.
The weekly fresh-produce market (Wednesdays and Saturdays), only a short walk away, is ideal for picking up local ingredients to enjoy at home. Cascais also offers a surprising amount of culture for a small coastal town — museums, galleries, seasonal outdoor exhibitions, summer festivals, open-air concerts, and a lively programme of family-friendly events throughout the year. And for ocean lovers, everything from sailing trips to stand-up paddleboarding is available right on the shoreline.
It’s a neighbourhood where you can spend days on foot, stopping where curiosity takes you, and returning home easily whenever you wish.
Getting Around:
Cascais is wonderfully walkable, and most guests find they rarely need a car. If you prefer transport, the BusCas and GiroBus routes run in circular loops around the town and to the out-of-centre shopping mall and cinemas. The train station is about 10 minutes away, with direct connections to central Lisbon in roughly 35 minutes. Buses to Sintra also depart from the station area.
Uber or Bolt ride share are inexpensive, reliable, and widely used throughout Cascais.

Great property!
We could not have had a better location right in the heart of downtown Cascais. We were able to take a short walk into town/the beach. Management allowed us an early check-in, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. I could not recommend this apartment more for your stay in Cascais.

Overall a good experience
Nice property, good location, good amenities, friendly management. 3 active construction projects are adjacent to this property. The noise on weekdays was significant. This was not mentioned anywhere in the listing.
