The cozy living room has a sofa for lounging, a dining table, and a cable TV. While it’s an interior room without windows, it’s perfect for relaxing after a full day of exploring Lisbon’s hills.

The apartment has two practical bedrooms: one with a double bed and another with a single bed, which can be expanded into two beds (great for kids or friends traveling together).

Each room offers simple furnishings and a place to recharge.

- Kitchen
Compact but well-equipped, the kitchen has a stove, oven, washing machine, microwave, and coffee machine. Whether you're cooking a light meal or warming up pastries from a nearby bakery, everything you need is here.

- Bathroom
The bathroom includes a shower and basic essentials for your stay.

No Surprises!
We want your stay to be smooth, so here’s what to expect:

- The apartment is in an old Lisbon building, full of charm, but also some quirks.

- Sound insulation is limited, so you might hear neighbors or street noise.

- As a ground-floor unit, it can be more humid, especially in winter or after rain. We recommend opening windows to ventilate.

- The building’s electrical capacity is low. Avoid using too many appliances at once, and don’t run all stovetop burners on high simultaneously.

- The living room has no windows, so it's a bit darker than the rest of the apartment.

- No air conditioning.

- The street is narrow, as is typical in old Lisbon, and difficult to navigate by car – walking or public transport is strongly recommended.

- No private parking, but several public transport options are nearby.

For your comfort and flexibility, our Hospitality Team will provide a self-check-in at the property. A code will be informed to open the lockbox and collect the keys. The information we’re requesting is very important for us to coordinate our team and to provide you the best welcoming experience. Without that information we cannot guarantee you a prompt check-in, so your cooperation is very important.

The apartment is surrounded by Lisbon's most iconic viewpoints, like "Miradouro Senhora do Monte" and "Miradouro da Graça", both are within a short walking distance.
It's quite close to one of Lisbon's oldest and most charming districts: Mouraria. This neighbourhood survived the 1755 earthquake that destroyed almost the entire city and is the birthplace of Fado music, the signature sound of Portugal.
It’s also close to metro-green line, bus stops, the iconic 28 tram and you can easily walk to all the historical neighbourhoods in Lisbon Center like Graça, Alfama, Baixa Chiado, Bairro Alto and also Castelo de São Jorge.
You will find everything you need near the apartment, with very convenient grocery stores, restaurants and cafés. The nearest metro station (Anjos) is a 1-minute walk away and Rossio train station is a 15-minute walk, which will take you to picturesque village of Sintra.

If you're arriving by plane from Aeroporto de Lisboa, there are some options to get to the apartment.

→ Metro
The cheapest is by far the subway, with a 25-30 minutes ride. The closest subway station (Intendente) is only 600 meters away from the apartment.

→ Car
Taxi or Uber are also possibilities to get in the apartment, but for a faster and easier arrival, please contact us so we can provide a Transfer service to pick you up at the airport (subject to an extra cost).

￫ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary basic items are provided for your arrival, including first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
￫ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in time starts at 15:00 and check-out must be done until 11:00(am). Before leaving, please place the keys inside the lockbox.
￫ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
￫ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
￫ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly consumptions exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
