Estupendo apartamento en todo el centro de Lisboa

El apartamento está muy bien con dos habitaciones amplias y el salón-cocina estupendo para hacer los desayunos o comidas. Se en cuenta perfectamente ubicado para ver Lisboa, y además se tiene acceso a todos los barrios que se quieran conocer ,tanto andando como para coger el tranvía, al lado de la plaza del comercio tan agradable para estar o pasear por las noches. Lo recomiendo a todo el mundo que quiera pasar unos días en Lisboa. Marta que nos atendió y esper'o fue muy agradable, dándonos información de todo lo que la pedimos. El propietario encantador , ya que tuvimos un problema personal y en todo momento trato de solucionarlo. Muchas gracias por todo.

Excellent place and location

In the flat part of Lisbon near TUK TUK, trolley, and restaurants galore. Apartment is on 6th fl with an elevator. Access is via key codes…easy!Quiet with an angle view of river. Two bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, sofa and love seat and large dining table with 6 chairs. Spacious clean and terrific

The location was perfect

While we had a few issues checking in as we couldn't get the code to work they were quick to respond and get us into the apartment and update the codes to make sure we were good for our stay. Once we got in the master bed didn't have sheets on it and the kitchen counters hadn't been fully cleaned. I reach out to the host about the bedding issue and they immediately sent someone over to make the bed and double check everything. The location was more then we had ever expected. We had a view of the river from our sixth floor apartment which was the most amazing thing to wake up open the windows and let the fresh air in. It was so quite at night and easy to sleep being on the top floor. We didn't have any issues with the elevator at all during our stay which i know others had experienced and there wasn't any construction happening to the building. Other then the little hiccup at the beginning we really enjoyed our time and would recommend this location especially for families. It was nice for our teenager to have his own bathroom and bedroom. My only recommendation would be to have umbrellas in the apartment for guests in case it rains.

Perfect Lisbon location

The apartment is really nice, and exactly as advertised. The location is fantastic, close to everything but not too loud or crowded (at least in October) and in one of the flatter parts of central Lisbon, which is nice. Great restaurants within steps from the door. Wholeheartedly recommended.

This was a sweet little apartment with an excellent location. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, nicely appointed kitchen. My only 'issues' would be better signage (we had a hard time finding the apartment) or even a photo of the exterior of the building would help. Also--the ability to check in early if the unit is ready. We arrived with luggage and had to find storage for it when the apartment was ready early. Other than that...we really enjoyed our stay and were thankful to have a washer in the unit.

Well maintained property. Instructions were easy to follow. Property was as listed and gave sweet view especially at sunrise.Property was not ready until after 4:30 and I had to wait to enter but they did let me leave my luggage.

Overall we had a great time. It’s a modern, spacious flat. The building is but old and smelly but that was not a big deal for us. The elevator only fits four people but was a godsend given that the flat is on the sixth floor. The only real downside was that the flat had not been cleaned when we arrived at 3pm. The host said the cleaners had been delayed and the issue was resolved in the next few hours.

Lisbon stop on 50th anniversary trip!

Loved the area! Checking in was incredibly easy, instructions on unit and area were great and overall amazing place to stay! The breathtaking view from the windows overlooking the city. The proximity to everything! I hope we get to return someday!

Very poor impersonal communication. No flexibility to leave luggage. Staff communicating with computer generated texts only. Awful odors in the building and apartment.old and poorly updated. Deceiving pictures. The offered parking…., is a nightmare ( 15 minutes away of walking distance minimum).

Great location for before/after a cruise!

What I liked most about this property was the location. We had easy access to shopping, restaurant, cafe, bars but didn’t feel like we were right in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Also, we walked to our cruise ship on the morning of departure. The apartment was very clean. I appreciated two full bathrooms. My only criticism is the twin beds in one of the bedrooms are very, very firm. This may not bother some people but I found them to be uncomfortable. Otherwise great rental!

Get the Parking Right

Great place. Good elevator, Good view. Clean. Great area. Parking is free if you do it right. Read ALL instructions! Be sure to take the parking ticket in the apartment. That means you have to get into the apartment before you park. Entry code wouldn’t work. Took 1/2 hour to get a new one. Scary.

So close to all the downtown attractions. Apartment is spacious and modern. Outter hallways are very old but that doesn't matter once you are in the apartment. Elevator is small but so useful.

Fantastic location and big space

Our communication was great. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. When we got to the building and we couldn't get in with the door code, I texted in whatapp and they responded right away, remotely opened the door for us and gave me the new code. The apartment itself was spacious compared to others. Also, you can't beat ita location which is walking distance to everything. You can drive and park in front of apartment to drop off your baggage because street is big enough. Only two things that bother me were the construction on the first day we arrived (very dusty and made the apartment dusty) and the first day we arrived it was the day they inspected the elevator! So, we had to wait for a while to bring our baggage up because we had 5 big luggage and couldn't carry up 6 floors with two young kids. I was informed earlier when I booked that there would be the construction and I was prepared for it. However, it was not noisy but the dust should be cleaned up daily in the public area. Otherwise, once this renovation is done, this apartment will be perfect!

Excellent views and location

The property was excellent, the views amazing on the top.floor and the location made it easy to grab a cab/uber to get around the city. The lift is super helpful and the 10.min walk in every direction made sight seeing easy and accessible. Look forward to returning.

Beautiful apartment

We spent two nights in Lisbon. The apartment is very centrally located and yet a block off of the noisiest streets. There is an elevator to help with the six flights of stairs. The parking space was appreciated. You can drive to the apartment to unload but then the parking lot is a short walk into the center of town. I would absolutely stay here again. Thank you.
