Nearby Polperro, Polruan, Fowey and Looe are picturesque, each with their own harbours and fishing fleets. Jump in the car and you have all the stunning beaches of south-east Cornwall and the surfing hotspot of Polzeath and take a stroll around Padstow and Port Isaac. Many of Cornwall's attractions are within easy driving distance, including the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and National Trust properties such as Cotehele and Lanhydrock. Or, for the more adventurous amongst you, why not try the nearby Adrenalin Quarry, perfect for the whole family.

From the terrace, you enter through the French doors into a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area is perfect to sit back, relax on the cosy sofas and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. The tastefully fitted kitchen/diner has everything you need and is fully equipped with an electric oven with induction hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge with ice box, coffee machine and dishwasher - create a family meal and sit at the dining table for a lovely dinner. The twin bedroom is equally as light and there’s a separate bathroom with a shower over the bath so you can unwind after exploring the walks nearby.

Outside, sit on the bench overlooking stunning views of woodland or dine alfresco on the spacious terrace fully equipped with table and chairs. There is also a large and private garden, with a large covered gazebo plus 7 acres of private woodland and stunning riverside walks to explore. There is driveway parking for two cars.
