“The property clearly needs cleaning, the floors and couch were visibly dirty. There were stains on pillowcases, spider webs throughout the house and one of the beds was very uncomfortable to sleep on. If you appreciate cleanliness and comfort, this is not a place for you.”

“The host was very responsive and communicative throughout the process.The home is located in a nice / safe neighborhood and convenient to the downtown Atlanta area. There is a grocery store and restaurants nearby.The home is well apportioned, quiet, and spacious. The master bath's shower is notably good. Parking was easy to find either in the driveway or across the street. It also has a patio in the back with a nice view.There were four of us and there was plenty of space.I highly recommend...

“Normally I’d say the lack of communication was a bad thing, but honestly this trip it didn’t matter. We easily got into the house, everything was as it should’ve been, and we had a great stay! The house is cute and well done, and there’s an unofficial park just up the road that has the 3 oldest Oaks in all ATL dating back to 1873!!! Holy cow, what an honor to see those! ”

VAs we were pulling in, unable to get in, a most likely “ homeless” man swinging a baseball bat and angrily yelling something at us as he was approaching us set the stage for us. No place for an elderly lady and 2 children to stay. Immediately called host, who ASSURED me if there were any issues she would be accessible !! No response. It was storming so we finally got in.
