“We loved the waterfront location, especially during the quiet season. It is a lovely little apartment. The main bedroom has a wonderful outlook, as does the very comfortable living area. We also enjoyed our croissant breakfast on the balcony!It would have been helpful to know in advance that the kitchen facilities were rather limited, although the Russell Hobbs bench oven was helpful. “Beautiful setting - felt like being a time and a world away. Fresh eggs & cookies in the kitchen. Dogs had a wonderful time. Shower is delightfully hot. Had never taken a trip through the hills before, highly recommended, and if you’d like staying away from the hustle and bustle then this place is the one. Almost off-grid feeling, but flushing toilet, kitchen hob, fridge provide easy conveniences. It rained a lot while we were there so we were lucky we bought spare outdoor clothes as it was a...

“Friendly welcome even though we arrived late; about 7pm. Room was tidy, warm and full kitchen facilities were perfect. Close to New World to buy groceries for our 3 nights. Cleaners were lovely as well. As they are pet friendly, i will be bringing my dog next time. ”

“This was a great location and fairly priced. The hosts go out of their way to provide extras like each towels. Public transportation to downtown Christchurch and airport is about 1 block away and runs every 15 minutes until late. There are lots of restaurants nearby along with grocery, pharmacy, and coffee shops. ”
