Full Bathroom 1 (Main Level): Full bathroom with a bathtub.

Full Bathroom 2 (Second Level): Stand-up shower.

All bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Hair dryers are also available.

Beach towels are also included during your stay.

White noise machines, curtains, extra blankets and pillows stocked in each bedroom.

Bring out your inner chef in the fully stocked kitchen, complete with pots and pans, cooking utensils, baking trays, and baking dishes. The dining area seats 6 guests, with 2 additional seats at the kitchen bar and 3 additional seats in the game room in the garage.

Starter supply of paper towels, dishwasher pods, dish soap, and toilet paper are provided!

Enjoy your morning beverage of choice at the coffee and tea bar! It includes a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. We provide a starter set of ground coffee, filters, k-cups, tea, creamer, sugar and stevia.

Laundry is available on site; the washer and dryer are located in the mudroom. For your convenience, both laundry detergent and wool dryer balls are stocked! An iron and ironing pad are also available.

$350 pet fee includes up to 2 dogs. Cats are not allowed. Any pets other than dogs must be approved in advance before the reservation. Additional or unauthorized pets will result in an additional $350 fee per animal. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets outside. A $25 additional cleaning fee may apply if extra cleanup is needed due to pets.

Guests have access to the entire home (other than locked closet), and outdoor spaces.

We are available for guests if needed via messaging, a phone number to reach us during the day and after hours is provided after booking confirmation. Guests will be provided a unique entry keycode for keyless check-in and check-out at their convenience.

The lake house is located on a quiet street with very little traffic, other than that of residents on the road. Please be respectful during your stay, as many of the neighbors live year-round, and have lived on this road for decades.

Driveway parking is available for 4 cars. Street parking is prohibited.

The grill is located on the side deck and grill utensils are located in the kitchen. An extra propane tank is located in the garage. Please let us know if you empty one of the tanks so we can replace the backup after checkout. Please clean the grill after use. A $25 fee will be applied if the cleaning team needs to clean the grill, as this is not part of their routine house cleaning.

Age Requirement: The primary guest booking the reservation must be 25 years or older. Children and other guests are welcome when accompanied by the eligible booking guest.

Green Bay is subject to natural algae blooms. Do not swim or let dogs enter the water if it appears green, muddy, or emits a foul odor.

- If a guest is under the age of 25, they may be required to submit photo IDs of everyone in the group and pay a security deposit for the booking to be approved.
- Rental Agreement and online check-in form must be signed to receive check-in instructions, including code of entry.
- Government issued photo ID is required for booking to verify identity.
- No parties or events allowed in the home. A $1500 fee will be applied to any bookings that host a party or event, and booking may be terminated immediately without refund.

- No smoking, including vaping, is allowed in the home. A $500 fee will apply for anyone found to have smoked inside the property.
- No candles or open flames allowed in the home.
- Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the home.
- Please be respectful of neighbors; music and noise should be kept to a minimum after 9pm and before 8am.
-Property has exterior cameras for security of guests and property. Cameras capture 360 degree views of exterior property including front door and front yard facing the lake, back door and yard, side yards, garage and driveway areas. Recording occurs 24/7. No exterior cameras can view any interior spaces. No interior cameras. Tampering or disabling of cameras will result in immediate termination of the reservation.

- Tampering or disabling of wifi will result in immediate termination of the reservation.
- Rearranging furniture in the home that results in damages to the home or labor cost associated with returning furniture to its original location will be charged to the guest after check-out.
- Please remove your shoes when in the home.
- Check-out is at 10am unless a late check-out has been previously approved. Check-out past 10am may result in a late check-out fee of $50 if this results in the cleaning team waiting for guest to check-out.
- Please report any problems or issues immediately so we can address these during your stay. Refunds will not be issued after check-out for any problems or issues that were not reported during the stay.
- Any violation of Airbnb terms of service or house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation.
