After booking, we were required to sign a long, intimidating legal document that strictly prohibits any social gatherings and anyone on the property who is not registered. It also releases them of responsibility for anything. We were in Colorado for my daughter’s college graduation and hoped to have a small group over in the afternoon, but were told that more than 3–4 people would be considered a “party.”...
