Perfect for our needs

3 miles from family wedding spot. It was perfect. It was quiet and clean and plenty of room. We were very comfortable. Will book again.

County living but not to far from town.

The house was very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the quiet and were able to visit with family that live in Live Oak.

Clean, friendly, spacious stay just outside of town.

We stayed here during a sports tournament in Lake City. Not a bad drive to Lake City and just a few minutes from Live Oak. Plenty of beds for our group of six. Great sitting area on the back deck and fire pit. Complimentary snacks, all the bedding, dishes, towels, soaps, etc. that we needed. Definitely beats staying in a hotel. Just a few things keeping this from a 5-star rating: 1. The king size beds are very soft and feel old. I'm used to a firm memory foam mattress, so these soft spring mattresses were not easy to sleep on. The two single beds are nice and firm, though, and the couch is a decent option for a firmer night's sleep. 2. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was so noisy that I couldn't sleep with it on, and I prefer to sleep with a fan on. 3. The bedrooms need curtains on the windows. Way too much light comes in in the morning. 4. Don't love being woken up by a rooster.

Great Getaway

The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The house is spacious and nicely furnished. A true split floor plan for privacy with plenty of room for relaxing. So many thoughtful touches (Kurig coffee pods, snacks, nice towels and sheets) with a location close to the Suwanee Music Park and an easy commute to Lake City. We really enjoyed our visit.

Great Rental

This was a perfect rental for our family. Nice, quiet neighborhood, but still comfortably close to town. The house was well stocked with several very thoughtful items. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us!
