    Georgian Quarters @ Canning I & II is the perfect base for friends and families looking to explore Liverpool, or a comfortable space for corporate guests on business trips. This listing offers two ground-floor apartments: a stylish 3-bedroom apartment and a charming 1-bedroom unit. Both feature fully equipped kitchens, dining areas, and cosy lounges, ideal for relaxing after exploring Liverpool. Enjoy authentic Georgian living and a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city.



    The Space:

    Georgian Quarters @ Canning I & II are two apartments located in a Georgian townhouse, available to book as one listing, making them ideal for large group reservations for up to 12 guests.



    The first unit is a three-bedroom apartment situated underground, accommodating up to 8 guests. The spacious living area feels homely and cosy, with ample sunlight streaming in from outside. Each of the three bedrooms features a king-size bed and a desk that can be used for work or as a dressing table. Two of the three bedrooms boast large Smart TVs, perfect for unwinding. The wooden floors and furniture complement each other, creating a stylish and comfortable sleeping space. The living room also features a Smart TV for entertainment, along with one large sofa bed.



    The second unit is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The bedroom is bright and airy, with windows offering views of the lovely neighbourhood. It is fitted with a king-size bed, sleeping up to 2 guests. There is also a bright and cosy living area, which includes a large sofa that can be converted into a double bed. This open-plan space combines the kitchen and dining areas.



    Each apartment has a sparkling clean family bathroom, both equipped with a standard-sized bath, a separate shower, a WC, and a basin.



    Both units feature fully equipped kitchens, fitted with a microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, oven, and more. The dining areas, furnished with matching tables and chairs, share the same space as the kitchens.



    Both apartments have been stylishly and thoughtfully designed with contemporary decor and high-quality appliances and furniture.



    These apartments are situated within a Georgian townhouse located on a main road, offering easy and direct access to the city centre. The property retains its original single-glazed sash windows, which are a listed feature and add to its unique charm.



    We, as hosts, are extremely proud of these features and are thrilled to be able to share these with our guests. However, we do kindly ask you to note that as the windows are only single glazed, you can expect a level of background noise from the nearby traffic.



    Guest Access:

    Guests have full access to Georgian Quarters @ Canning I & II. We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.



    Both apartments are accessible from the ground floor, with one featuring bedrooms located on the underground level. The two units are separate and are easily accessible to each other via the communal hallway.



    The apartments are located within a residential area, as such these are not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.



    We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.



    This dog friendly accommodation welcomes one furry companion in each apartment. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.



    A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given.



    The Neighborhood:

    Georgian Quarters @ Canning I & II is within one of Liverpool's most iconic neighbourhoods, The Georgian Quarter - just a stone's throw away from magnificent buildings such as The Liverpool Anglican Cathedral, Metropolitan Cathedral and The Philharmonic Hall. The surroundings are ideal for those wishing to take in a piece of history whilst also being able to go on a short stroll into central Liverpool!



    The Georgian Quarter area is well known for its top theatres and performance spaces, perfect for those with an artistic flair.



    The property is also near many of Liverpool's finest restaurants, bars and cafés. Make sure you take a short walk to the lively Baltic Market that offers a range of delicious cuisines from various local restaurants!



    If you would like a place to unwind, visit Falkner Square Gardens, and take in the greenery.



    Getting Around:

    The closest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just a 3-minute walk away. From here, you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.



    The apartment is a 17-minute walk to Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool by train.



    Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.



    If you're feeling adventurous, you can take one of the City's Electric Scooters to ride you around town!
