  • Summary:

    The Falkner Quarters II and III comprise a combined unit of two charming apartments in Liverpool's historic Georgian Quarter. One is a three-bedroom apartment, while the other is a five-bedroom apartment spread across two floors, together accommodating up to 22 guests in total. Both apartments feature a comfortable sitting room and a fully equipped kitchen so your group have amble spaces to relax during your stay. Veering away from the party culture side of Liverpool, this is perfect for families who want a true upscale Georgian living experience.



    The Space:

    The Falkner Quarters II and III consist of two elegantly designed apartments within the same building, available to book together as a single listing, making it an ideal choice for larger groups.



    The first unit is located on the second floor of the building and can accommodate up to 8 guests. It features three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a king-size bed for two, Bedroom 2 with another king-size bed for two, and the third with both a king-size bed and a double sofa bed. The first bedroom also includes a modern kitchenette with an Espresso coffee machine and a desk, ideal for work or vanity use.



    The living room offers a double sofa bed for two additional guests, and all bedrooms, along with the living room, are equipped with large Smart TVs for your entertainment. Also sharing the living space is the fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare and enjoy meals during your stay.



    The unit is fitted with two modern and pristine bathrooms—one featuring a bath with an overhead shower, and the other equipped with a walk in shower. Both bathrooms include a WC and basin.



    The second unit is a spacious two-storey apartment with five bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests.



    On the main floor, you’ll find the living room fitted with two double sofa beds, a kitchen, two king bedrooms, and two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms features a modern kitchenette and a desk that can serve as both a work desk and a vanity dresser. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on this floor.



    The attic floor boasts three bedrooms, each with a skylight that creates a bright and airy ambiance. The first bedroom on the attic floor features a double bed for 2 guests. The remaining two bedrooms are fitted with king-size beds for 2 guests each.



    One of the bathrooms downstairs is fitted with a standard bath, a separate shower, a WC, and a wash basin. The other two bathrooms are equipped with a standard shower, WC, and wash basin.



    Overall, you’ll have two fully equipped kitchens and dining areas, one in each apartment. Each kitchen features a spacious dining table, perfect for your group, and is stocked with everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. This includes a microwave, kettle, oven, hob, refrigerator, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, and more.



    Located centrally in the Georgian Quarter, this space showcases beautiful single-glazed windows and window shutters, offering a charming glimpse of Georgian living.



    **Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given**



    Guest Access:

    Guests have full access to The Falkner Quarters II and III . We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock and key safe systems combined, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.



    The three-bedroom unit is situated on the second floor, while the five-bedroom unit is located on the third floor. The two units are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building. Please be aware that access to the upper floors is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the building.



    The apartments are located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.



    We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.



    Please note that a baby cot & high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given.



    The Neighborhood:

    Located on a quiet cobbled street in the splendid Georgian Quarter - this accommodation is within walking distance of much of Liverpool’s City Centre, The University of Liverpool and the Baltic Triangle area, which is nowadays a hub for the media business. There is much to enjoy on Liverpool’s historic waterfront, including attractions like the Royal Liver Building and Tate Liverpool, high-end shopping and events at the M&S Bank Arena and Exhibition Centre Liverpool.



    Getting Around:

    For parking, there are pay and display bays on Blackburne Place.



    The nearest bus stops are on Catharine Street, just 2 minute walk away. From here you can get into the City Centre and also out to Liverpool John Lennon Airport.



    The apartment is a 17-minute walk to both Liverpool Lime Street and Liverpool Central Stations for travel in/out of Liverpool via train.



    Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.



    If you're feeling a little adventurous you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
