Hotel muy cómodo con personal muy amable. Bien ubicado con autobuses al lado. Nosotros nos alojamos allá porque teníamos familia viviendo cerca del Hotel. Muy cerca del centro.

Beautiful building and gorgeous bedrooms very well decorated. Very comfortable bed. Two minutes from a very well known old fashion pub called Peter Kavanagh. 20 mn by walk from the center of town.

Nice big comfortable room....very clean and warm...ideal for overnight stay.... Didn't actually see any of the staff ....but then didn't need to....all was well.

Decent location. Free parking. Clean. Decor a little tired. Room door would only close fully from the inside so we couldn't leave valuables in the room. Mentioned to staff, was not fixed during our stay.

Check in went smoothly, shortly after checking in we could smell a sewer smell coming from the bathroom, then discovered the backroom sink was completely clogged. Messaged the host about changing rooms but they said it was full, and just offered to come put some drain unblocker down the sink. We had plans that evening and did not have time to wait on someone to come. The extractor fan in the bathroom didnt work, and somethinf wrong with the shower as it either was scalding hot or freezing cold, it would change temperature on its own. For the price i am very disapointed. We will not be returning to this place.

Some issues with the room.

Some issues with the room. Right above the kitchen and smelling of a fry up first thing. Some pealing wallpaper and curtains hanging down. Also one of the sockets did not work. Heater struggled with the size of the room.

The Rooms are amazing

Great location, and what a room. I very much didn't expect it to be that amazing. Absolutely lovely. Breakfast can be taken as extra for £10 between 8am-10am. Unfortunately, as we'd had a late night and didn;t get up till late, we missed out on this. But just up the road we found the Bon Cafe serving grgeous Arabic breakfast dishes and coffee. A great little find

Great location to walk into the city centre. Parking is very convenient on the road in front of the hotel. Facilities in the room were all great. Self check in is expected which was very simple. We had a query when we first booked which the hotel answered quickly to our satisfaction. Overall we would recommend to any family / friends who don’t mind a 15 minute walk through the Georgian quarter or past the Anglican Cathedral to get to the centre of the city centre. Our room was on the first floor and had a great view of the Cathedral Tower. Overall, great value for money.

Good value for large room

The room was large with high ceilings and 3 large storage cupboards. Ensuite bathroom was adequate, had instantaneous wall mounted water heater and semi-circular shower with 2 sliding doors. Bed was comfy. Anne was welcoming and easily contactable by phone. Small basic cafe in the basement, open for breakfast. Positioned on a busy road, about 30 min steady walk to Albert Dock, Liverpool One, Beatles Museum, bus tours and a short Mersey river cruise.

It was advertised that self check-in parking was included, but the only option available was street parking. The property is run-down and dirty, with drafty windows that let in street noise. The manager is unresponsive, there’s no AC, the shower is broken, and the sink is clogged and many other issues.. Couldn’t be worse.

Beautiful building but needs TLC.

The important things were clean, the bedding, bathroom etc. The rooms need some TLC and could be amazing. Loved the features, large rooms, easy to get in with key fobs, clear instructions, even parking outside although pot luck if there's a space. What let it down was easy to fix stuff like broken tables, tatty wardrobe, dirty headboards, curtains hanging off in room 2, carpets grubby. This beautiful building is in a great location and feels safe. Wouldn't take much to make it fabulous.

Check in was tedious to figure out and nobody was at receptionist desk to help.No one seems present at the hotel and it is advertised as a hotel and not an airbnb.The bathroom had hair in it,the water in the sink took ages to go down,the toilet seat would not stay up when you are sitting to do your business the seat is falling on your back,the drain cover in the shower was broken off,the drapes were partially torn at the top a good ways so the light could not be blacked out fully,I could hear the creaking of the floors of above me & I'm hoping it was people walking not rats or something making that noise because it sounded like animals climbing and running to me,I could hear the water doing down the plumbing system when water was used.I believe the hotel needs massive renovations or fixing of many fixtures.

Not really a hotel, as no staff, you collect your key from a safe box outside. The room was large and clean. But the en-suite smells of drains, the sink was very slow to drain and the shower was awful, either freezing cold or very hot water no in between on any setting.
