“The staff at this hotel were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, had plentiful amenities, was affordable and a solid continental breakfast. Didn't hurt that the surrounding area had plenty of restaurants and was located in a convenient area if you're into exploring West Virginia. Highly recommended.”
“The hotel was clean and the people there were just wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. The lady that was in charge of the breakfast was so nice and even made us special things. The area was kept clean during breakfast and fresh food was always out the ladies at the front desk were also great. I will definitely stay here again. Next time we are in the area.”

“Buena ubicación y comodidad para estacionar.
Recepcionista desagradable, poco amigable para atender. La habitación bastante limpia y cómoda.
Lo peor fue el desayuno, no estaba incluido, obligadamente hay que comprarlo en un starbucks que lo cierran a las 10 am. Y la mujer que nos atendió en el Sturbucks fue horrible. Muy poco amigable, como desagradada de atendernos.
En general yo diría que las instalaciones son adecuadas pero la atención fue pésima.”
