A comfortable 60-square-meter apartment that can accommodate up to 2 people. Located on the first floor (no elevator) of a building just a 3-minute walk from the beach, in the most beautiful neighborhood of Livorno’s beachfront area, the apartment features a balcony and is spread over two levels (internal stairs). If you’re traveling by car, you can park for free on the surrounding streets. The center of Livorno is a 20-minute ride away by public transportation.<br><br><br><br>The interior layout is as follows:<br><br><br><br>LEVEL 1<br><br>-LIVING AREA: double bed, armchair, dining table, TV, and access to the balcony<br><br>-KITCHENETTE: 4-burner stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, electric kettle, and moka pot. There is a step.<br><br>-BATHROOM: shower, sink, handheld showerhead, and toilet<br><br>-BALCONY: furnished with a small table and outdoor chairs<br><br><br><br>2ND LEVEL (attic):<br><br>There is a walk-in closet and a laundry area with a bathroom (sink and laundry tub)<br><br><br><br>ADDITIONAL AMENITIES: unlimited Wi-Fi, independent heating, washing machine, 2 fans, mosquito screens, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hair dryer.<br><br><br><br>A crib and high chair are available.<br><br><br><br>If you’re traveling with small children, please be careful on the interior stairs—they’re quite steep.<br><br><br><br><br><br>PLEASE NOTE: The stove is NOT available for use.<br><br><br><br>The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.<br><br><br><br>We are very flexible and will be happy to arrange early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, provided there are no other guests checking out or checking in. The property is just a 3-minute walk from the sea and is well-connected both to downtown Livorno—easily accessible by public transportation in about 20 minutes—and to the outlying coastal areas thanks to the LAM BLU bus stop, a 2-minute walk away.
