“Great location clean room didn't see anyone but plenty of communication with Alex. Only problem I had was no WiFi near the building so couldn't see the entry codes because you only gey them a hour before you go in so had to find somewhere to login to get codes ”

“Spent over an hour driving round Wrexham trying to find the place, useless directions despite ringing the host to clarify. Apartment was small, dirty, stained bedding and the mattresses were awful! So bad that none of us could sleep, left the next day, even though we were booked for 2 nights, none of us could face another night there so we drove home. Will be submitting a formal complaint. Expected more from Vrbo who I’ve booked some lovely holiday villas through before. They really should...

“Great place to stay. Everything was well thought out and was like a home away from home. Good location a 5 minute walk from the main restaurants and pubs. Will definitely stay again. Immaculate inside. ”

“This small stylish apartment is almost unbeatably located and is comfortably appointed. We would have rated it 5 stars overall except for some mildly irritating features such as the bathroom lights operating on a movement detector switch. No one enjoys the lights going off while you’re having a shower at night. The hand basin was also too small. Storage in the kitchenette was also somewhat chaotic. Nevertheless we enjoyed our stay and these were minor matters.”

“Oven worked. Stove top would not come on. Heating system is not warm enough for Winter temperature!!!! We have been uncomfortable at night and watching TV. Needs Winter duvet on bed. Shower either freezes you or scalds you with temperature. Needs blackout curtains. Light comes through blinds. Nice fridge,”
