“Room not cleaned. Returned late in the day from a funeral and bed was unmade, towels damp, tea and coffee not replaced. No cleaning whatsoever. Room was clean initially but property is old and dim due to lack of natural light. The Inn is a 'pub' and breakfast is served in the bar area. Claustrophobic and unpleasant. Misinformation by staff about breakfast meant we did not get a cooked breakfast on first day. Overpriced for the standard of service provided.”

“I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Hotel was ‘OK’ but didn’t feel like value for money. The breakfast layout was poor which meant that everyone was walking into you, it was extremely busy - sausages were cold, coffee not great. There were hairs in the bed upon arrival. Air con kept switching off in the night so we didn’t sleep well because it’d get hot in the night. “Set in a beautiful location amongst the trees just outside the town, but easily walkable to the pretty town centre. The hospitality was fantastic. Sean is so knowledgeable and helped us with lots of information about the wider area. He is also a super host and made us instantly comfortable. Breakfast was superb - we have stayed in quite a few B&Bs in north Wales now, and this is definitely the best breakfast we've experienced on our trip.
