“The front desk person was very polite but very unhelpful. We booked 6 rooms and one of the rooms didn’t have windows. Since the hotel was very vacant, I asked if we could just have a room with windows. It was a no, and the $40 extra on card reader didn’t work. I went back and forth 4-5 times before it finally worked after he kept badgering to pay even thought it was his own card reader.
The man directing traffic was very nice.
Breakfast was ok. There was a wide selection.
Overall, much...
“Fue un hotel muy cómodo, sus habitaciones muy amplias, el área del restaurante y recepción muy lindo; el desayuno buffet es variado y rico y sobre todo la atención de todo el personal es muy cálida, siempre dispuestos a ayudar.
Sin duda un hotel que recomendamos mucho.”
“The geographical position leaves to be desired because it's walking distance to nothing
It's indispensable to catch a tuk tuk to go somewhere
Breakfast was not buffet because it's low season and the occupancy rate was extremely low”
“Probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve seen and it has one of the best views of the city by the rooftop pool. By far one of my favorite, the only bad thing is the front desk took a picture of my passport with his personal phone after I had already checked in and sent a copy of my passport. That was weird, but outside of that great stay. ”
