“Room was dirty, the water of the shower did not go... same as the water from the sink There was garbage i think of the last host On reception they gave us the key and the hotel was in another building so we had to find out where it was and since it was dark it was confusing For breakfast the food was not fresh We arrived late on the airport to get to the hotel passed through a very bad streets (losts of protitution) i dont know if it is the city but it made me feel insecure”

“Everyone is so friendly. We stayed here our first few days in Phnom Penh and it was so wonderful that we stayed here again on our last night in Cambodia. We stayed in on the first floor in the room on the left. The room was spacious and had tons of channels in English and good wifi and aircon. Most of the staff speak English and all are very friendly. “Years back this must have been a great hotel. Now, it’s simply too old and lacks the investment. Reception lacked staff. Messages I kept sending through hotels.com were never responded to. So, 3 weeks later, I finally decided to give them a call to book my airport transfer. The size of the room and the food are the only 2 things that were pleasant about the hotel. Other than that, it totally needs a major renovation. It must include more staff on duty. The English proficiency of reception staff...
