Albrighton Hall Hotel and Spa, a member of Radisson Individuals
The hotel was exceptional , the rooms were amazing and the food was 5star . The only issue we have is the manner that the head or I presume the head of service in the breakfast restaurant spoke to her staff . She in our view needs to put on a course for man management. This is the first ever negative review I have left, im so laid back but we would gave checked out early if there had been other accommodation available in the area. The property is full of damp and mould and was dirty. Its in really poor condition. Stuff is broken all over the property, stains everywhere, ...
