On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with fireplace, a separate country kitchen with dining area, a spacious dining room with sofa corner and access to the covered terrace, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a guest WC. Three further cosy double bedrooms await you on the upper floor. One of them has its own bathroom and balcony, while the other two share a separate bathroom. Mallorcan shutters and mosquito nets ensure relaxing siestas and peaceful nights. All four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, while radiators keep the entire holiday home warm.



The cosy Villa Yuma is located in the south of the island near the picturesque town of Llucmajor. This comfortably furnished villa has a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a putting green and is surrounded by palm trees and other trees. Drive to Llucmajor for grocery shopping and stay a while to enjoy the colourful sights on the lively Plaça d'Espanya. The capital Palma de Mallorca is only around 30 minutes away by car and offers excellent shopping opportunities. If you fancy a dip in the sea, S'Arenal beach is just 17 kilometres away.
