Villa "Son Veri de la Marina" with Pool and Sea View

The spacious, family-friendly Casa Son Veri de la Marina is located directly behind the Club Nàutic S'Arenal just a few steps from the famous sandy beach S'Arenal. The holiday home is ideal for families who prefer a central location and want to spend relaxing holidays in a luxurious setting.



On the ground floor you will find a wheelchair-accessible bedroom and bathroom, as well as the access to the cellar and a small, independent apartment with double bed, bathroom and a small living room for your au pair or other service staff. On the 1st floor, where you enter the house, you will find a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen and 4 bedrooms: 2 with a queen size bed and a private bathroom, one with a queen size bed and one with a trundle bed, ideal for children. The last 2 mentioned bedrooms share a bathroom, and there is an additional toilet on this floor.

On the 2nd floor there are also 4 bedrooms: 2 with a queen size bed and a bathroom en suite, one with 2 single beds and one with a trundle bed. The latter two bedrooms share a bathroom.



Further equipment includes Wi-Fi, air conditioning in all rooms, satellite TV, 3 cots and 2 highchairs for children. In the picturesque outdoor area, the covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a table tennis table and a fenced pool of 66 m² never fail to impress. In addition, there is a balcony on the first floor with a fantastic view of the surroundings and the sea. Experience absolute relaxation and peace on this property, which makes you forget the stress of everyday life!



Thanks to the ideal location you reach shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, cafés and the long sandy beach Playa de S'Arenal within 5 minutes on foot.



House rules:

- Parking for 2 cars is available on the property.

- The house can accommodate a maximum of 12 adults.

- Parties are not allowed, just like guests under the age of 30 (except for those under the age of 30 that travel with their family). We ask you to lower the volume after 11 pm and to stop listening to loud music out of consideration for your neighbours.

- The use of our towels on the beach is strictly forbidden.

- When leaving the property, please check that all lights and air conditioning are turned off.

- Please empty the garbage regularly.

- Pets and smoking are not allowed.

- Every Wednesday around 12 noon the gardeners come to maintain the garden and clean the pool. This does not include cleaning the house or the terrace or the barbecue. Please note that the deposit must be paid 7 days prior to the arrival date and it must be done by bank transfer. Please contact the homeowner after the booking is completed to receive the bank details.

- Please note that no youth groups are allowed. If a group of young people make a reservation for this house we will be forced to cancel it.
