“When we stayed at Submarine Garden we had the resort all to ourselves. We stayed from Wednesday to Friday and there was a big storm in the eastern coast of the Philippines. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They were also knowledgeable of the activities, sights to see in the area, the ocean, tide schedule, the marine life. We stayed at Suites A and B. “I expected more. The room looks much better in the pictures. The loft is already outdated. The only part I liked was the restaurant and bar. It has a nice ambiance and good food, especially the lomi and brewed coffee.”

“Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. ”

“Facilities, changed room 3 times. First room the toilet bowl doesn’t flush, second room smells terrible, third room the sink drainage is broken when used water splashes out directly on the floor not on the drainage, vacant lot near the room area is used for garbage. Can’t stand it so instead of 2 nights we checked out early morning (4.00 am) the following morning. ”
