“The Arms is a beautiful hotel, well maintained, in great shape, lovely staff and food and a nice room. The ONLY thing I would point out is that the tv channel options were limited and as my wife and I were fresh to the timezone it would have been nice to have some more channel choices when we couldn’t sleep.”

“Lovely setting with some great architecture. Friendly family run hotel but somewhat tired in places. Disappointed by the most bizarre room which had a full size stainless steel kitchen segregating a reasonably nice bedroom from the large but rather odd bathroom (which also housed the wardrobe). Had its own ‘orangery’ and small garden. Loads of blinds to close, some of which were broken and the orangery outer doors had no blinds. “It was a great stay”

“Room was lovely and clean and plenty or space. Staff on reception very helpful and nice. Only small downside was it would be good to put in the description that the parking area is tight and it was a bit of a struggle parking a larger car”

“Nice big room with a very comfortable bed. Lovely and quiet, so had a great nights sleep. Handy for the nearby hospital. Very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend for a work trip.”

“This is my favourite place to stay. Clean rooms with everything you need for a short stay. The food is amazing and plenty of choice. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend”

“Pleasant staff. Good parking Clean room”

“Gem of a hotel Family owned and run, food was top notch, lovely surroundings, peaceful. Will definitely be back and highly recommended it to anyone looking for accommodation in Driffield area.”

“This is a budget hotel with no reception staff, limited bar opening times and located on a busy main road with much traffic noise.”

“Excellent all round food and accommodation”
