The Space:

The house has all the necessary comforts for a pleasant holiday with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms.

- Living room with sea view, equipped with a dining table, sofa, and TV.

- A fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, hob, pressure cooker, etc.), with a dining area and a serving counter overlooking the sea.

- A shower room with sink and toilet.



On the first floor:

- A bedroom with a double bed (160cm)

- A bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a desk

- A bedroom with two single beds

- A bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet

- A small reading nook



EXTRAS:

- A terrace with a small garden allows you to enjoy the outdoors and the superb view.

- Pets are welcome upon request and for an additional fee.

- A security deposit is required (credit card imprint).

- A mandatory "mid-stay cleaning" fee is included at the time of booking. This includes disinfection of the accommodation and provision of a welcome kit containing essentials for the start of your stay, as well as linens (dish towel and bath mat).

- Biodiversity preservation measures are implemented in the outdoor areas (sustainable mowing for pollination, bird nesting boxes, insect hotels, etc.).



OPTIONAL SERVICES:

- Bed linen and towels are not included; we offer them as an option for euros 30 per bed.

- Cleaning must be done by the guests. We also offer an "end-of-stay cleaning" package for euros 100 for those who prefer not to clean before their departure.

- Early arrivals and late departures are possible upon request and subject to availability, for an additional fee.



The Neighborhood:

The house is a central location for exploring the Bay of Morlaix. It is situated 10 minutes from the towns of Carantec and Morlaix. There is direct access to the coastal hiking trails (GR 34).

Free bus in Baie de Morlaix.

To ensure a smooth and worry-free stay, a stay deposit validation will be required before your arrival. You will be able to choose between: • a refundable security deposit, • or a no-deposit waiver option, generally representing around 10% of the deposit amount.
