“Friendly staffs, if you like jungle/forest/tree view, this hotel is for you. They have an infinity pool view that faces a rice field. Free WiFi and breakfast. Since it's a forest looking area, keep in mind, there will be a lot of insects. The room we got have a mosquito net. However, if you look up the net, the net has stains and some holes (which was a bit disturbing). They do provide free bottle of water for each night stay. ”

“Acceso un tanto alejado del centro por lo que es imprescindible un medio de transporte propio; dista unos 4 km del centro de Ubud. Alojamiento totalmente abierto , dando al jardin, con escasas paredes lo que hace que tengas dentro la misma temperatura que afuera ( sin aire acondicionado) y los ruidos de los apartamentos contiguos se escuchen totalmente. Es un lugar especial para personas especiales que no buscan lujo y que valoran la integración completa en el paisaje.”

“First and foremost the people here really took good care of me and my family. Communication was easy, their response time was fast. The villa we stayed at is beautiful, the beds are so comfortable we had a good rest there. It was also easy to set up spa treatments. The food they prepared is also restaurant quality. All in all, I would highly recommend families and couples to stay at this property if you’re visiting Bali. Many activities to do. ”

“Smelly bathroom. Ant colonies in the room. Wifi does not work. 4G is inaccessible. The main light switch to the room is outside of the room (what? yes. it's actually outside of the room). The TV has no working channels except in chinese and russian.”

“Villa Tupai has beautiful gardens and lovely traditional timber buildings, but is let down by the staff and details. The staff have a bad habit of lingering around when they are not needed and with a huge area of gardens and living areas, choosing to wait all day until you are in an area to come and clean around you, spoiling the peace and quiet. We spent the majority of the day out of the villa, but they would choose the hours that we were there to do their work. The beds are getting...
