The living room features a fireplace, ideal for chilly evenings after a coastal walk. The ground floor also includes a comfortable bedroom and direct access to the terrace, along with a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

The house is located just 2 km from the village of Landéda, where you’ll find all essential amenities. Nearby, explore the stunning natural beauty of the region, including the islands of Ouessant and Molène, the 3 Abers, and the wild coastline. Families will love the nearby Récré des 3 Curés amusement park and Océanopolis aquarium, while outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy water sports or visit the local golf courses.

Upstairs, the house offers three additional bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have large beds and provide beautiful sea views through Velux windows; one of them also includes a cot. The third bedroom is a kid-friendly space, featuring a bunk bed and games to entertain younger guests. A bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet is also located upstairs, adding to the convenience and comfort of the space.
