“Lovely hotel in a good location. Breakfast was great.”

“Our booking was made in February 2026 and we arrived to find we were not staying in the hotel but in an adjacent building 100 yards away which housed apartments. The weekend was to celebrate my 80th birthday and luckily I am sufficiently agile to overcome the steps getting into the apartment. It could possibly have been more convenient and cheaper to have booked a nearby travel lodge.”

“Escogí a este hotel por el diseño y la cercanía a York. Se tarde 30 minutos en tren desde Harrogate (1 hora en coche !). El hotel es una joya, elegante, muy limpio, con baños muy modernos y unos desayunos espectaculares. Esta muy cuidado y se muestra el buen gusto de los dueños. En cuanto a Harrogate, es menos conocido pero merece la pena la visita, especialmente por los parques, tiendas, los baños turcos y Betty's Tearoom, donde se puede disfrutar del mejor afternoon tea!”

“There was nothing unique about this hotel, but it was clean and the staff were friendly. I would warn people with disabilities about access issues at the front of the property, there are several stairs to climb and no ramp. To be fair, if you can arrive/enter at the back entrance, it's mainly on the flat, so I'd recommend this as the best option. There are two lifts in the hotel to help you reach your room, although you may have to wait a while as both can be busy, indeed one of the lifts is...

“El hotel es bonito y el servicio es agradable. Llegamos pronto por la manana y dejamos las maletas alli, cuando llegamos de vuelta a las 5 o 6 de la tarde, la habitacion no estaba lista, cosa que no me parece correcto, ya que era bastante tarde. Cuando nos dan la habitacion despues de esperar unos 15 minutos (ya se que no es mucho, pero lo dejo como dato) resulto que en el bano no teniamos toallas, decidimos bajar mas tarde a pedirlas, ya que como veniamos de viaje nos tumbamos un poco, y fue...

“Lovely hotel and breakfast was very nice. It was a small room which was to be expected Strangely there was a step up to the bathroom and this had a glow in the dark sign that was annoying at night A few little bits that could have been better. No plug near the desk to make tea had to use bedside table, door stop needed repairing in bathroom. But all minor. The spa was a nice addition. Nice location in Harrogate.”

“Stayed previously, great location, accomodation perfect 2 large bedrooms with immaculate bathrooms, parking facilities an extra bonus. No doubt we'll be back again. Only negative strangely couldnt find any cups/plates etc.”

“The property itself was well presented and clean, and the room was also clean on arrival. However, we had booked a "Luxury King Room" and felt the description was somewhat misleading. The bed was actually a double rather than a king-size bed (which I later noticed is stated in the room details), so the room name itself felt confusing. I’d also say the "luxury" description was an overstatement, as the room felt more basic/average than expected. Unfortunately, we had quite a poor night's sleep....
