Sleeps up to 8 guests and features a private pool and deck, disc golf, trampoline, playground, swings, tetherball, foosball,cool BBQ firepit , grill , spacious yard, dedicated office, and a relaxing rear patio. Welcome to Wildwood Cabin! We want every guest to have an amazing stay while helping us keep the property safe, clean, and enjoyable for future visitors.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and additional fee.
Occupancy

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests.

Only registered guests are permitted on the property unless prior approval is received.

Events, parties, or large gatherings are prohibited without written approval.

Please respect neighbors and surrounding wildlife.

Smoking
No smoking or vaping inside the cabin. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
Dispose of cigarette butts properly.

A minimum $500 odor remediation fee may be charged for smoking indoors.

Pets

Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

Guests must clean up after pets.

Pets may not be left unattended inside the cabin unless crated there are coyotes in hocking hills so please be watchful of your pets overnight and outside

Pool Rules

Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty.
Children must be supervised at all times.
No glass containers in or around the pool area.
No diving, running, or horseplay.

Fire Pit
Fires are permitted only in designated fire pit areas.
Never leave a fire unattended.
Fully extinguish fires before leaving the area or going indoors.
Wildlife & Property
Do not feed wildlife.
Keep food secured and dispose of trash properly.
Stay on designated trails and paths.
Parking
Park only in designated areas.
No driving on grass, fields, or landscaped areas.
Damages
Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.
Report any issues immediately so we can address them promptly.
Cleaning

Before departure:

Place used towels in designated areas.
Wash or load used dishes into the dishwasher.
Bag all trash and place it in designated receptacles.
Leave the cabin in reasonable condition.
Safety
Use caution around ponds, wooded areas, uneven terrain, and recreational equipment.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Guests assume responsibility for all recreational activities on the property.

Security Deposit

Violation of house rules may result in additional charges, loss of security deposit, immediate termination of the stay, and removal from the property without refund.
