We had a great time at Golden Acres Lodge for our family reunion. Beautiful bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms are one of the best features of the Lodge that attracted us. Sarah and Chad are the best hosts! Communications were helpful and seamless. We appreciated all of the many wonderful elements of the Lodge and the property.

Spectacular lodge and setting

Beautiful property with every amenity a group could want. Both the lodge and the surrounding property were very impressive and it all made for a perfect reunion spot for our group of friends.

Magical

The property is enchanting with the most magical nature sounds that vary through the day. The cabin and amenities are perfect for a large group of all ages. We loved our stay!

The property was gorgeous and SO much storage. We had a private chef come and the storage space and two fridges, was perfect to have. I would go back again! We even had a little issue with the theater and the response time from the host was speedy! Dont miss out on taking a walk on the 40 acres!

Absolutely beautiful cabin with great amenities. Plenty of space for 4 couples and children to spread out and have privacy. Very clean and well maintained. Overall amazing experience, thank you!

Retirees Braving the Elements

This property was incredible. There were 14 of us aged 65-82 and we ventured a few hours from home for a grand adventure (we just didn’t know when we booked months ago that wind chills would be 20 below zero!). The cabin was very beautiful, clean and spacious. We were all very pleased with the accommodations.

Great couples getaway

Beautiful house, great layout, plenty of space, and lots to do. We loved the Bocce ball pit! Tons of fun memories and friendly competition with a simple ball tossing game. This house was VERY clean.

Absolutely wonderful!

The lodge and property were beautiful. Everything was so clean, and we loved having the linens and towels furnished. Plenty to do on-site. The kitchen was phenomenal as well as the well-stocked cupboards. None of us (18) wanted to leave!

Golden Acres lodge is amazing

Going back as soon as possible! This was an amazing home, super accommodating, and nestled in a perfect corner very close to the state park. We visited as a company for a retreat, and would easily go back. Thank you!

Fantastic Holiday Vacation

We were absolutely delighted with our choice to stay at the property, EVERYTHING that was needed for our vacation was right at our fingertips from cooking utensils, fantastic movie theater room to decorations throughout the cabin. Everyone enjoyed theirselves. My family wants to come back next year for our Christmas Vacation.❤️❤️

Great Vacation

We lived our time at Golden Acres. It was our annual family trip with all of our children and grandchildren. Brand new house with every amenity possible. Games, firepit, hot tub. We had a blast.

Great location for a family reunion

The location was so beautiful and spacious. We had family members aging from 3-72. The numbers of bathroom was so great for our family size. I would recommend this great location for events. We were the second group of people to stay and it was well worth it.

Family Weekend

We had a great time! The home was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. Lots of space and close to all of the Hocking Hills trails. We loved the property and the fact that everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Ages ranged from 3-87. We loved our time here.
