  • Relax, stargaze, or spend some quality time out by the campfire with family and friends. 10 minutes down the road, guests will find Lake Logan which offers an abundance of relaxation by the water. Take a 20 minute drive from your cabin to visit Old Man’s Cave, Cedar Falls, Ash Cave, Rock House, Conkle’s Hollow, or Rock Bridge located in Hocking Hills State Park. No matter the season, you and your guests won’t be disappointed when visiting all the beauty Hocking Hills offers!

    Guests can enjoy some fine dining at Lake Hope Lodge or a day of picnicking and swimming with family and friends. The Cavalier is located 6 miles from Logan and 12 miles to Nelsonville, Ohio. The State Park offers over thousands of acres to explore by hiking, off highway vehicle riding, mountain biking, or horseback riding. When in town, guests will want to visit Nelsonville’s Historic Square Arts District, Stuart’s Opera House, Hocking Valley Scenic Railway, or the Nelsonville Music Festival that is held every year at Hocking College. On the opposite side of Nelsonville is Lake Hope State Park located in Zaleski State Forest.

Pictures didn’t capture how beautiful and serene this property is. Our family of 4 had a blast, plus our dog. We love the hocking hills and may be back to this property - would be even better with older kiddos. The spiral staircases were a little scary for the old dog and young kids but we managed and overall had a comfortable stay. Thank you for hosting us!
