Large house 5 bed. 2bth., heated pool and seaview, ideal family with children

Our house is functional, spacious and equipped for the whole family.
The sea view is simply fascinating, its colors change depending on the weather, the tide, the time of day ...

The house is our main home that we release when we leave. We will ask you to take care of it :-)
Accustomed to the house exchange, we will do everything to make you feel good, it is extremely important for us. Both for your comfort and for the advice we can provide. We love our region and it is a pleasure to welcome people there.

Like any main house, it has many advantages (equipment for the whole family, cooking, comfort, indoor and outdoor games, etc.) but also its disadvantages (personal belongings in closets, wear defects)

We have a cat (zaza) but it is totally independent, just check that it has enough to eat. In general she pleases children!

You will only need to feed our rabbit (Marcel) and clean his cage if your stay is long. In any case, if it is a problem, we can give it to friends, it should not be a constraint for you.

-1 bedroom with double bed and private bathroom. It overlooks the terrace.

upstairs:
-2 bedrooms with double bed each
-1 bedroom with single bed
- 1 bedroom with single bed (child)
The rooms upstairs share a bathroom with toilet.
They have a sea view, except the baby room.

Outside:

The pool is 11m by 6m, 2.40m depth under the diving board. It is secured, either by gates or just a peripheral alarm, for young children.
Various inflatable games.

The pool is heated only from May to October (it's still Brittany :-)

The house is located near the sea (coastal path at 30m crossing a field). Small fishing port 2 minutes walk across fields.
Be advised, the nearby beaches are not sandy beaches but pebble beaches.
The house is in a small hamlet of ten houses, at the end of a dead end, and is not visible from the road.

The village of Logonna Daoulas is 2km away by car. There is a mini market and a bakery. Several coastal paths are around the peninsula and you can swim all around.
In summer, there is a "Point passion Plage", with rental of Kayaks, Catamarans, windsurfing, paddle.
There is also a sailing center for sailing lessons during the school holidays.

Logonna Daoulas is located in the heart of the Park of Armorica, and a lot of beautiful sites are between 10min and 1h drive, sites that we record of course on a booklet.

Among others:
- Crozon peninsula and its sandy beaches, cliffs with superb panorama (Pointe de Penhir for example)
- Mont d'arrées
- Various islands (Glénans, Ouessant, Molène, Sein, Batz ..)
-All the north coast (from Conquet to Plouescat)
- The south coast (Benodet, Fouesnant, pointe du raz, etc.)

The village of Daoulas, is 5km and has all the necessary shops, street shops, and a nice market on Sunday morning at the edge of a river.
