Comfortable Apartment With sea View and Balcony or Terrace

The accommodation at Residence Lu Nibareddu is available in eight varieties; four different types and in these types the choice of "standard" or "sea view". There are 2-pers. studios (IT-08020-30, standard and IT-08020-31, with sea view), 4-pers. apartments with one bedroom (IT-08020-32, standard and IT-08020-33, with sea view), 6-pers. apartments with two bedrooms (IT-08020-34, standard and IT-08020-35, with sea view) and finally free-standing and ground floor 6-pers. villas with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (IT-08020-36, standard and IT-08020-37, with sea view). The studios and apartments are on the ground or the first floor. All variants are well-kept and comfortably furnished and have a balcony or terrace with garden furniture.

Residence Lu Nibareddu is directly by the sea. The studios, apartments and villas as described above are approx. 1.5 km from the beach. Through a walk across the resort, the beach is easy to get to on foot. People who find this too far can use the free shuttle bus (early in June to mid September).

The final clean-up is included in the price. You should, however, leave the kitchen behind clean. If this doesn’t happen, cleaning expenses will be charged (€35).
