"El hotel es hermoso por dentro , y por fuera parece un castillo real, sus alrededores, jardines y estacionamiento amplio. Lo único que me hubiera gustado saber es que no en todas partes del edificio tiene elevador, nos tocó en el area de arriba un 3er piso , con maletas grandes y embarazada si es un poco pesado. De haber sabido esto hubiera reservado otro tipo de habitación. Pero en general todo muy bien."

"The most beautiful hotel from our trip without any question! From when we first arrived, the hotel looked beautiful from the outside but when we got in it just hot better and better. Starting off with the decoration which gives a medieval/era vibe, each room was beautiful and with comfortable Spaces. The breakfast room was so beautiful we couldnt believe it, and the food was really good. And what made it even more wonderfull was Otto, the concierge that was amazing from the beginning till the end; he was always around asking us about Home we were doing and gave us the warmest welcome and stay! 10/10 experience. "
