  • Bright and welcoming, this three-bedroom apartment is set across two floors on a quiet cobbled street, just moments from Farringdon and Barbican. The flat features a living area with natural light, a fully equipped kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms located on the lower ground floor, including a master with an ensuite. It is ideal for families, friends, or business stays.

    Welcome to this elegant split-level apartment in the heart of London! Spread across two floors (please note there are stairs between levels - important accessibility information), this bright and airy haven is your perfect London base.
    The main floor offers a bright living area with natural light flowing through large windows, complemented by beautiful wooden floors. The separate fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for everything from quick breakfasts to entertaining guests.

    A standout feature of this property - the three comfortable double bedrooms are located downstairs on the lower ground floor, which means they naturally stay cool in summer and warm in winter. This clever lower-level design also ensures quiet, peaceful nights despite being in central London. The primary bedroom includes a private ensuite bathroom, and there's a second modern bathroom with a convenient walk-in shower.

    For guests with mobility considerations, we've included a sofabed upstairs along with a half bath on the main level - providing options for everyone's comfort.

    Using the sofabed?
    Please give us at least 24 hours' notice, so we have enough time to get you fresh linen.
    Please note that there will be a £25 linen charge, which includes four towels.


    We provide a starter welcome pack to get you through your first few days: complimentary tea and coffee, travel-sized toiletries, and essential items. The flat includes a washer with condenser function (not a separate dryer - it dries clothes through a condensing process that removes moisture). Need anything else? Tesco Express is just a short walk away on Aldersgate Street.

    The location is truly exceptional - you're just steps away from Farringdon Station, making it incredibly easy to navigate London. The Elizabeth Line provides direct access to Heathrow and excellent connections throughout the city. St. Paul's Cathedral is only a 10-15 minute walk away, and you're nestled in the heart of Clerkenwell with its charming cobbled streets, leafy squares, and some of London's finest restaurants and cafés.

    Step outside and find Smithfield Market, the Museum of London, the Barbican Centre, and vibrant Exmouth Market all within easy walking distance. This isn't just an apartment - it's a high-specification urban retreat with a perfect central London address.

    You have access to the entire property with no disruptions. Should a maintenance query occur, you will be asked permission first before we access the property to carry out a repair.

    The essential, but less exciting parts!:

    Check-in/ check-out:

    Our standard check-in time is after 3 pm. Check-out is before 11 am. If you wish to check in or check out outside these hours please let us know. This is subject to availability and a fee.
    Please be on time when checking out. Our cleaners are often there at 11 am on the dot and have a busy schedule. A £20 charge per half an hour will be applied for unauthorised late check-outs or early check-ins.

    Keys:
    Specific instructions are given a day before check-out to ensure keys are placed in the key safe when departing the property. If instructions are not followed, this will cause a delay in my cleaner's access and impact their schedule for the rest of the day. As a result, there will be a fine of £50.

    A £50 fee is charged for call out if you forget the keys and lost keys are charged at £100 for replacement locks. Please be careful with them.

    Parking:
    There is no space parking with the property. The are many cost efficient ways to find a parking space online or with the apps:

    With the two suggested below residents in the neighbourhood advertise their parking spaces at a reduced rate compared to most car parks

    - Just Park

    PLEASE NOTE, if hiring a Zip Car, parking is not included in their charges, therefore must also be purchased in addition with the use of the car.

    Family facilities:
    A travel cot is available to rent for the duration of your stay. It is £40 for the rental, drop off and pick up of the cot. Bedding for the cot is not provided so please bring your own. If you would also like to include the use of a high chair as well, the cost will be £45 in total.

    Smoking:
    Smoking is strictly forbidden. A fine of £200 will be charged when discovered.

    Additional guests:
    No extra guests are allowed in the property at any time without prior permission and no parties/loud music allowed. We are very conscious of being in a residential area and any violation of either rule will incur a £250 fine.

    Lost property:
    Please be careful not to leave anything behind when you checkout! A separate company deals with shipping lost property and charge a minimum £25 per item, plus shipping costs.

    Property Management Services:

    Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay.
    The local community-based team of Pass the Keys® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys®’s Property Readiness Standard.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
