The check in process was ok. It is done by picking up the key at a nearby shop, drop off for the key is at the same place. We did walk from the shop, with luggage, to the property and it was not far, but it is a walk up a hill, older people may prefer to take an Uber.The two bathrooms had mold, a lot of mold, in the shower area and on the ceiling, and one bathroom also had mold on the shower curtain.The stairs to the second level doesn't have any stair rails, the stairs are a bit steep, so this is a big safety hazard.The furniture in the living room is very very low to the ground. If the guests are older people they will have difficulty sitting down but especially getting up.The kitchen is ok. The bedroom sizes and bathroom sizes are ok. One bedroom had human hair on the sheets, which means it was not washed or at least not washed properly.The neighborhood is a residential area, there's a mini grocery store only 3 minutes away walking distance that has just about everything you could need.Also nearby is tons of restaurants, it was only a brief 8 minutes or so walk away.The biggest problem we had was seeing the mold in the bathroom shower areas and the non-responsiveness of the property owner who never returned my calls. The property owner did reply to a text message after I had already returned to my native home. VRBO said I had to work it out with the owner.My daughter was so grossed out by the mold in the shower that she left and stayed in a hotel.
