Welcome to UpEast London
A welcoming family home in a modern family oriented residential building — not a professional air-bnb or an hotel ; so expect to feel like at home rather than in an hotel — original artwork, British designer furniture, and all the comforts you need, in one of London's most exciting neighbourhoods.
The Home
A warm and characterful home spread across three levels, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Genuinely roomy by London standards, with real space for a family to spread out. Access via elevator or stairs.
Ground floor
Open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen, games room with flexible sofa-bed, shower room with WC, and two storage spaces — one for luggage and pushchairs, one housing the washer and dryer.
First floor
Master bedroom, kids' bedroom, and full bathroom with bathtub.
Your private rooftop terrace
Accessed via an internal staircase from the first floor — step out onto your own 35m² outdoor terrace, right above the rooftops of East London. A rare find in London.
Three levels means everyone has their own space — parents, kids, and a rooftop to escape to.
The Bedrooms
Master bedroom (first floor) — comfortable double bed, peaceful and bright
Kids' bedroom (first floor) — two single beds
Games room (ground floor) — flexible sofa-bed, configured as twin singles or double, ideal for older kids or a sixth guest
Travel cot available on request
The Kitchen
Fully equipped for proper home cooking :
Espresso machine with grinder + French press
Kettle — for a proper British cup of tea
Automatic ice maker
Oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher
Full cookware and utensils
No need to eat out every night — though with the neighbourhood's restaurants on your doorstep, you'll want to.
Your Private Rooftop
Your own 35m² private rooftop terrace — a rare find in London. Relax on the garden sofa, enjoy the open sky, and unwind after a day exploring the city.
Shared Rooftop Garden
The building also features a rooftop garden on the 6th floor with open views over the London City skyline — The Shard, the Gherkin, Canary Wharf.
For the Kids
Two private playgrounds in the building's landscaped courtyard — a green, secure space where kids can play freely without leaving the residence. Inside, a treasure trove of toys, Lego, Kapla blocks and games keeps little ones entertained for hours.
Work & Entertainment
Two dedicated work spaces — a quiet desk in the ground floor games room, and a second desk on the upper floor landing. Fast 67 Mbps WiFi throughout. Work from home, wherever home is.
Smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime Video, plus an Xbox with Game Pass Ultimate — hundreds of games for kids and adults alike.
Comfort
Underfloor heating with individual thermostats in every room — perfectly comfortable whatever the season. Washer, dryer, fresh bed linen and towels all provided.
Parking
One free visitor parking space available in the building garage — first come first served. We strongly recommend requesting it at the time of booking as availability cannot be guaranteed. Street parking also available nearby.
THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
Think Brooklyn, but make it London.
Home to creatives, artists, hipsters, and locals — a London patchwork where originals and working class live together, most of the time peacefully . One of the most exciting neighbourhoods in the city, and still genuinely local.
