Cozy flat in Wimbledon

This flat was exactly as described. A cute and cozy respite from the chaos of London, with a nice garden for relaxation. The situation to the Wimbledon tube station and many restaurants in Wimbledon is perfect. Just a short walk to everything. Communications with the owner were excellent. Would be glad to stay here again!

First class weekend

My overall impression was a really lovely property in a really nice area of south London. It had all the amenities you need right on your doorstep. A two minute walk and there was various restaurants and pubs to choose from, the train station was a five minute walk. The property itself was very nice. A good sized kitchen, very nice lounge and main sleeping area. I did like the tablet which is left for people to use, which gave you lots of information about the area, instructions on how to use everything. I think that was a nice touch. Overall a really nice weekend. Highly recommended. Thankyou Charlotte.

Lovely apartment in a lovely area

Lovely little apartment in a nice area of London. Very cosy and loved the little details such as the welcome package. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. The only downside is the toilet is a quite small but the rest of the apartment makes up for it.

Very cosy appartement to visit London in a quiet and chic place.

A lovely small appartement, with a little garden very peacefull. We had nice weather, so we were able to eat out a few times Just 2 things, the bathroom is very small especially the sink, and the sofa bed is 120 cm large so narrower than an usual 2 person bed, so it was enough for our two children but perhaps too narrow for 2 adults. London is not so far away with the metro or train and Winbledon is a very chic and quiet place. We will gladly come back

Wohnung ist gut gelegen und an sich für 4 Personen geeignet. Leider hat das Bad in Schrankgröße mit Schiebetür seine besten Tage schon hinter sich und ist leider nicht sehr mehr sehr gepflegt. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung wie beschrieben, würden sie aber wegen des Bades zu viert eher nicht mehr nehmen.

Perfect spot

Perfect place for a stop, wish we were staying longer. Clean, nicely decorated, well organised with every amenity you could require. Worked out well that it had a driveway with the train strikes. Communication very good throughout.

We loved the place

Excellent location, good acomodation, clean and cosy. Very good welcoming package. We had very good sleeping. During checkout came the next day date, we tried to contact manager but couldn't... We'll definitely stay again next time we go to London.

Mini Appartement in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße

Wir hatten großes Glück mit dem Wetter und haben die Sitzgelegenheit im Garten gerne wahrgenommen, wenn wir nicht gerade in London unterwegs waren. Innen ist es doch etwas beengt. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr von London ist sehr gut.

Firstly, it’s convenient, sensibly priced and a great location. The welcome pack was a nice touch but felt that should be more about tea and milk which is the kinda thing I personally desire on a late arrival. (Or booze 😂😂) Getting into the location was like a game of Ninja Warrior UK but we loved it as it was a right mission! But all good, made us smile (I’m sure this wasn’t the intention 😆) Would stay again.

Excellent location

I have stayed a number of times as my daughter and her family live nearby. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped. In August/September I like to go to some prom concerts and it is easy to get to the Royal Albert Hall from Wimbledon.

Great location and great price but very small apartment

My husband, two children (ages 12 and 13), and I stayed in this apartment for four nights when we visited London. The apartment was very conveniently located and was a great base from which to explore London's sites. It was a short walk to the Wimbledon Tube stop and grocery stores and shops. The apartment is a great deal for the price, but it is very small. I knew from other people's reviews that the apartment was small, but it was even smaller than I expected. When the beds were pulled out so that we could sleep, there was very little room to move around. The backyard was very nice with an apple tree and a grill. The grill did look a little rusted, though. The apartment was also very quiet. There was a key code to get access for the property. I recommend this apartment for a family of four that doesn't mind being crowded or for two adults.

Correct, tranquille et bien situé

Logement propre, très bien équipé il y a tout ce qu'il faut (équipements cuisine, électroménagers, docs, cartes etc...), l'accès est facile, proche de la station de trains et métros, et à vingt minutes de Waterloo Station. Il y a les commerces, les pubs à proximité, c'est très pratique. Le quartier est très calme, il n'y a pas de bruit la nuit. Toutefois la pièce principale est très petite, on ne peut plus circuler si les deux lits sont dépliés. C'est jouable quelques jours avec deux adultes et deux enfants, mais il faut être organiser et ne pas passer sa journée au logement. La partie WC/douche est petite également et la pression de la douche est très faible (un peu compliqué pour les cheveux longs féminins !). Curieusement, nous n'avons pas vu les propriétaires, et il a fallu régler la totalité du séjour deux mois à l'avance. C'est effectivement noté dans les conditions de location, mais en principe le versement d'arrhes permet de valider la réservation. On ne paie pas avant de manger au restaurant... Ca devrait être pareil je pense. Mais en conclusion, pour ma famille et moi-même le séjour fut agréable.

Small-Misleading-NEEDS ATTENTION

As many of the reviews i read for this property are true, very small area and pictures taken at that certain angle as to give the illusion of comfort. They were also taken quite some time ago as the flat needs to be painted,cleaned and not the surface hit its given after each stay either.The outside is is not picture perfect as the pics show,the grill is old and was afraid to attempt a cook and just not that garden palace that was lead to believe.Bathroom was a sit and brush at the same time deal andd the shower a mere 2inches away. Did not even try and use anything either, uncomfortable but Clean beds as i was afraid to have something fall apart.YOU have a perfect comeback response to all the negative feedback given, why not try given it a paint job and a deep cleanig and then take some NEW up to date pictures. The area was located good and the restuarants in the area were nice but as far as the rest of it goes this was no bargain and would have paid more to make my family feel more comfortable as we only slept there and was gonna bbq one night and didnt cause of the old dirty set up and the lack of SPACE...SORRY I NEVER LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK BUT THIS ONE NEEDED AN EYE OPENER!!! The wifi isnt a high speed as you say either a best its middle speed limit.

Very nice, quiet and clean place situated in the very heart of Wimbledon

Our little family of 3 had a very nice stay at the studio, and we were surprised about all the facilities in the quite small flat. Nice kitchen. Very nice beds. Solid internett. Garden. Nice and cosy decor. We didn't miss anything at all. The only thing the owner could do ekstra would be to install a power shower. However we spend a very happy week in the studio and would'nt be afraid of recommending it to others.

great location

This apt is in a great location for touring London. We felt safe and it was easy to get to the tube or restaurants & shops. It had a large kitchen with a washer dryer for clothes. The sleeping and bathroom area are very small and the heat was hard to regulate but they served their purpose. It was nice how the owner left the instructions to get into the apartment as well as info on the area. The little garden was very nice on the sunny days & would be great for someone who wants to spend some time hanging out at the apt. Thanks Charlotte!
