The host took days to respond to messages as a result I could not get access to the property for 3 hours after checkin time.The central heating in the lounge leaks causing the whole floor to be soaking wet. It was only because I was emptying buckets of water that this was addressed despite the host being notified. The amenities are very poor (broken dishwasher, broken wardrobe, kitchen badly stocked and the oven was broken initially). To top it off an enforcement officer came knocking wanting to take things as the owner had unpaid council fees! Not great!
