Very enjoyable place to stay
We stayed here for 10 days. The place was exactly as advertised. Super close to so many restaurants and places to pick up good food to eat back at the apartment. The underground stations were also super close to get to so that made this location a super place to stay.

Excellent property
The property was great, many restaurants and small supermarkets you can access to and close to the bayswater and queensway metro station that makes it easy for transportation to Buckingham palace.
The management office was always in contact with us making sure we were safe during our transfer from Barcelona to London. This is a property you can enjoy if you want to stay in the old London area.

Great location!
This flat is in a perfect spot and neighborhood, pretty quiet area and centrally located to many places walking or by bus.
Only thing is that the bedroom rug is dirty and stained and the pots to cook in are in very poor and scratched shape.
When they fix those things, it will be good!

Too expensive
Bayswater is an up-and-coming neighborhood. The flat appeared larger in the photos than in reality. I practically dislocated my shoulder, reaching for toilet paper. The entryway had soiled carpets and broken light fixtures.

Comfortable and in a great location
We loved this comfortable apartment in a great location. Comfortable bed and bedding with the bedroom at the rear, so no street noise and we slept well. The kitchen is perfect as long as you're not doing any elaborate cooking, which we weren't. The addition of a coffee table in the living room would be nice, although not essential. Very nice bathroom with great shower. I lived in Bayswater many years ago, so it was nice to be back in the neighbourhood. The flat is within a short walk of three tube stations and many shops, restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery stores. It is also an easy walk to Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. The check-in/check-out process was easy, the managers were responsive, and we would definitely stay here again.

Lovely little one bedroom. Needs more thorough cleaning but was okay. The communication with the facility was awesome and it is a good location. The dishwasher filter was fully clogged and needed salts and rinse aid. Coffee maker seal was leaky. Carpet was dirty with burn marks. Oven handle had tomato sauce on it. Little things but also noisy neighbors having drunken fights took away from the ambiance. However, it is a big city ap

Nice location
Overall our stay was good. The flat was well stocked and in a great location with plenty of restaurants close by and a couple train stations for convenient transportation. The downside was with check in. We had an issue with being able to pick up keys on a Sunday morning. I let the management know our flight was delayed and would be arriving early Sunday morning. Unfortunately when we went to the designated news stand to get the keys they weren’t open and didn’t open for another hour and a half. If they had let us know we couldn’t pick up the keys until after 10am that would have saved us an Uber ride. Check in and out would be much easier and convenient if there was a lockbox at the flat.

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment! The flat is located in a nice neighborhood with lots of cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. Walking distance to tube and bus station. The place was exactly as shown in the photos, with tall ceilings and big windows. Very bright and stylish. Enough space for 2 people to stretch out. The city relay team is very responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend!

A nice quite large, spacious and airy apartment - it is also very bright with lots of windows. It faces onto a side street but also has windows onto Fulham Road which is fairly busy, but we had no issue with noise, they are double glazed. The building itself is quiet - no noise from the other apartments. The apartment is well equipped, if you were staying longer you could cook properly as there are plenty of pots and pans and a nice stovetop and oven as well as a microwave. Three little food supermarkets and lots of restaurants on the doorstep as well as a couple of good bakeries, an expensive traiteur, a good pub, a 24 hr breakfast place that is also a diner, and several restaurants. An added plus is the Fulham Rd cinema (picturehouse) is a 2 min walk up the road. No real minuses - it is a bit of a hike to Earls Court, Gloucester Rd or Sth Kensington tube stations, but there are buses passing the door that go directly in to Picadilly. Overall, I thought it was good value and compared very favourably with hotel or serviced apartments that are dearer (and smaller).
