    Located in North Kensington, close to Ladbroke Grove and within easy reach of Notting Hill, the apartment is perfectly positioned to enjoy one of West London’s most vibrant and evolving neighbourhoods. The area is known for its creative energy, local markets and independent cafés, particularly along Golborne Road, where you will find a diverse mix of artisan shops and eateries. Notting Hill is just a short distance away, offering colourful streets, boutique shopping and the famous Portobello Road Market. Popular local favourites include The Pelican for modern British dining, The Ledbury for a Michelin-starred experience, and traditional pubs such as The Eagle and The Walmer Castle, all contributing to the area’s lively yet relaxed atmosphere.

    Transport connections are excellent, making it easy to explore the rest of London. Ladbroke Grove station is around a ten to twelve minute walk away and provides access to the Circle and Hammersmith and City lines, offering direct routes to Paddington, King’s Cross and Liverpool Street. Latimer Road station is also nearby with the same lines, while East Acton station, approximately a twelve to fifteen minute walk, connects to the Central line for quick access to Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road. White City station is slightly further but offers an additional Central line option.     The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

    Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

    This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
