Location 9/10 but overall Stay only 3/10The location is very good and I give it 9/10 for easy access to buses to get around London. Unfortunately our stay was let down by the various appliances within the flat not working properly and I can only give the apartment a 3/10 because of this. The washing machine did not work at all and Gina advised that the last guests broke it when we enquired - even though a previous review indicated that it hadn’t been working back in September which was 3 months prior to our stay – so correct information was not given to us. The hot water system also seems to lose internal pressure over time so when we arrived at the flat there was no hot water for showering or washing – correcting the issue is quite simple, however when it first happens you have to contact Gina and wait for her to respond with you how to do the fix. Other things wrong in the flat were that the coffee maker leaks water all over the bench top when being used as it must have an internal leak (previously noted in reviews), the internet is slow in the evening (previously noted in reviews), which means you cant watch television as the TV freezes after about 2 minutes of use - and the Toaster will only work if you stand by it and hold the lever down all the time, as it pops up as soon as you take your finger off that lever. It is also noisy from the above flat when those people make noise. Overall, I would not book this apartment again and I cant recommend it. Disappointing.
