Parking:
The parking is free Monday to Friday all day except between 10:00am to 12:00pm.

* Maximum Occupancy – Only the number of guests included in your reservation may stay at the property. Unregistered visitors and overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval.
* No Parties or Events – Parties, celebrations, and gatherings of any kind are strictly prohibited.
* No Smoking or Vaping – Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the apartment.
* No Pets – Pets are not allowed at this property.
* Quiet Hours – Please respect our neighbours by observing quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

* Building Access Fob – The access fob is provided in the lockbox at check-in. Please return it to the lockbox upon departure. Lost or unreturned fobs may incur a replacement charge.

* Noise Monitoring & Security – CCTV operates in the building's communal areas, and a noise monitoring device is installed inside the apartment to detect excessive noise levels only. It does not record conversations. Any breach of our house rules, including parties or excessive noise, may result in the immediate termination of your stay without a refund.
